Stayed for a night with my fiance. The premium room was okay for the price. It was a good stay until we realized that the receptionist forgot to give my fiance's card back upon check in. We did not notice that the card was gone until 2 days later. So we called the bank and asked when the last transaction... More

It is a good place for a short stay in Manila. It is near good restaurants, Robinson's place and it was easy to walk to Rizal Park and intramuros. The double room was quite basic. We shared the bathroom which was clean but had very (very!) small toilet cubicules and showers. The staff was nice and it is in the... More

This is best valued accommodations anyone can have (the feel of an "old" Filipino "converted rooming mansion", all that "antique" wood smell) very clean, comfortable & safe (just kinda put up with the low "water pressure".Professional & accommodating "English speaking" staff and if you are ready to tackle the "unique" surroundings that "evolves" around this "pensionne", then this your "home"... The hotel isn't noisy, but the nightclubs around it sure are. On weekends, you won't get to sleep before 3AM. It's cheap and the service is decent, but the rooms DO NOT have a small fridge in them. If you want a cold drink, you'll have to go out every time you want one. The in-hotel restaurant is VERY slow... More

Stayed here for a few days recently and would stay again as it was safe (inside no theft), clean, quiet-ish, well priced for central Malate/Manila, a good location for the sites though not always safe to walk around at night (but that could be said of most cities), was welcoming with a nice lady manager, has the internet, safety lockers... Thank you! I truly appreciate your objective review. When I get to my office, first I will look into is have maintenance fix that issue with the hot water in the men's shared bathroom. Have a great day and we look forward to having you back. We have many many returning guests who look forward to staying with us when... More

So my husband and I arrived early morning around 2am from NAIA terminal 1. The staff are so slow to check us in. We were so tired and just wanted a hot shower and a nice comfortable beds. We booked for a standard room, no AC and the bathrooms are outside the room. We were expecting that we will have... More

As an avid solo traveler I have stayed in many hotels and will assess this one accordingly. The room I chose was budget (though it was not cheaper if you compare standard budget rooms elsewhere)--but even budget rooms have minimum quality. There is no excuse for that if you cannot maintain that. So, please don't try that. The room was terribly... More

I stayed here as a stop over prior to my trip to Boracay. The staffs were really accommodating. I even asked to wake me up before 5 am and they did. Follow up on me after 30 minutes if I have already woken up. Will definitely stay here again!

This was the first place I stayed in Manila. It's difficult to rate a place based on location in Manila, as the metro area is enormous and opinions on what constitutes a good or bad location is highly subjective depending upon what type of experience one in looking for. With that said, if you're in Malate to engage in all... More

We stayed there 4 times during our trip to the Philippines and had 4 different rooms. There is a big difference between the rooms as some of them were recently renovated. They let us check in very early for no extra charge. From there you can walk to the old town easily since it is close and the neighborhood fells... More
