The reception staff were so rude. The rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Our overnight room service plates were left in the room . The carpet in the rooms was so dirty. The air con didn't work well. The windows were dirty so forget getting a sea facing room. I couldn't be happier to get out of... More

If it werent so near our appointment venue, we wouldnt have checked in. Rooms could use a makeover/renovation, wifi signal very weak and hotel has no parking within hotel premises. Parking is available outside, by the street, and one is obliged to leave car keys with the valet. And yes, you can hear guests' noise through the doors even at... More

We stayed there in January so that we could be near Luneta for the Papal Mass. We got the suite. It was large enough but the interior design was very old fashioned--like something from the 60s. The service was ok and the food was average. What really bothered me was the tint on the windows overlooking Roxas Blvd. You could... More

A hotel in the vicinity of the US Embassy, is also near cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls. Staff are courteous and accommodating. The rooms are not that spacious but the beds are wide and comfortable to sleep on. The toilet/bathroom is clean but limited space to move on. But the price per stay is affordable.

Wonderful Hotel in a great location. Walking distance from Robinsons shopping mall. Just across the road from US Embassy and Rizal Park. Just a nice hotel with very professional staff. Hard to fault in anyway even I was asked too. Would always stay there when in Manila. Beautiful reception girls always make me welcome, namely Ria and Jah.

We stayed for a few days and after some confusion & struggles we did get the desired room. My first impression was that I have time traveled, as the hotel seemed to be all original 80's (maybe older) and some corners / areas are shouting for some up-lifting / refurbishment. While the room has a nice size, the bathroom is... More

Stayed here for my Us embassy interview appointment. It is NOT very near the embassy but it is a walking distance away from it. Room was kind of nice. Bathroom was pretty okay. Breakfast- not much choices. Location is good. Safe place. Starbucks downstairs. Near 7-11, Yellow Cab Pizza, J.Co donuts. Ermita Shrine is a few steps away (ask the... More

The hotel is old but clean. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, so that was sweet. The room was cozy and tidy, not spotless clean but average clean. Breakfast food was ok, Filipino breakfast which I like. The only problem with this hotel is the lack of attentive, friendly staff. I came in late around 11 pm and... More

Too tired and raining outside so we opted for room service. Called them at 6pm to order, we were expecting the food to arrive at 7pm. Followed up, 'till 9pm and got nobody bothered to answer. I had to drag my mother out to look for a decent restaurant but we ended up in a fast food because we were... More

To say this place is a dump is unfair to dumps. The room was smelly and the furnishings have not been updated for a long time. Cigarette stains on the floor and cockroaches. The food was average and the breakfast was also sub-par. There are a few places to eat nearby, but at night this is not a great area.... More
