The hotel is not in the expat area, but close to intramuros and right across the bay. Room was big, air con, nice breakfast including phillipin and foreign food, however, they charged 1000 php as a deposit on my credit card and I haven't seen them yet..... I book a 4 hours city tour with them.... Not recommended, all u... More

CONS: 1. Their lobby rep - MJ, not so good in dealing guest. The way she handles us, is in a sarcastic way, you can see it from the her facial expression, rarely smile, mind you its still 9am. 2. Their breakfast buffet sucks. No milk, only 3 main courses. 1 day they had BANGUS as main course (bangus tocino,... More

Stayed there for 1 night while on transit. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the all important air-con. I booked the hotel online and paid extra for the transfers but when it came to confirm my transfer details the hotel said it was an old offer and did not come to the airport to pick me up.... More

My wife and I stay here from Nov 2-6. We choice this hotel because it was right across from the US Embassy. First of all the pictures look a lot better than the actual place. The Rooms are tiny and he windows are darken, although, we did have a view of the bay up in the 8 floor. The bathroom... More

We had this hotel recommendation from our Travel Agent. We booked well in advance. Upon arrival I requested a bay view. We were offered an upgrade as they had no rooms at our standard. The room would've been a little bigger but very basic and disappointing as the windows were blackened out...there was no view. It was the same situation... More

We stayed at Bayview Park hotel in Manila for our usual semestral break family bonding. The hotel has a swimming pool which my kids enjoyed together with having a children's activity center. The hotel is near good restaurants, the bay walk, Rizal park and other nice places to visit in Manila.

nice location, close to mall, loved the breakfast buffet, comfortable stay, the bathroom door seemed odd (sliding door with huge lock), had a full bar, internet was on/off which was annoying, my room phone was broken, couldnt received calls although other party said it was ringing. would still stay here if i had to.

We were a party of 8 and we got 4 double rooms mostly on the 6th floor. We were in Manila to attend a business conference. I would say that our two-night stay was just average, nothing exciting and eventful during our stay. This is an old hotel but the location is great if you are going to the US... More

Spend 3 nights with this hotel last Oct. 20-23, 2014 with my friends and office mates. We find the hotel near to many establishments, US Embassy is just across the street. We also like the hotel being near to Philippine International Convention Center as we were going to attend an awarding ceremony. Rooms has a limited space especially for 3... More
