My wife and I stayed over a weekend in late December 2014. We had business in the area and it was convenient for the US Embassy across Roxas and conveniently located to other local attractions and shopping. The room was slightly above average but was clean. The breakfast service was placed awkwardly near the front entry in the lobby area.... More

I stayed here in March 2015. The check-in and check-out were pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I did not try the complimentary breakfast. It was worth the price. The only downside was that the bathtub clogged up every morning because the knob for draining it was confusing.

The hotel may be a bit old yet they still maintained the cleanliness of their rooms. They separated the smoking & non-smoking areas. We stayed at the smoking area despite us being non smokers because the non-smoking area doesn't have any twin beds. The area is just within Roxas Blvd, US Embassy & all the commercial places.

Run down. The web site says it's luxurious. I was in a deluxe room and it's rough. As soon as I walked in my room there was a musty smell and a dead cockroach on the carpet. The bathroom is dated and small and there's hardly anywhere to put your clothes. Watch out for the extras they try to charge.... More

As soon as I arrived I could see the hotel was pretty rundown. It looks good on the website and quoted as being luxurious. The staff welcome was great and the receptionist really helpful. There seems to be a big emphasis on extra charges and deposits to cover loss or breakage of anything. I was asked for 2'000 pesos straightaway,... More

The reception staff were so rude. The rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Our overnight room service plates were left in the room . The carpet in the rooms was so dirty. The air con didn't work well. The windows were dirty so forget getting a sea facing room. I couldn't be happier to get out of... More

If it werent so near our appointment venue, we wouldnt have checked in. Rooms could use a makeover/renovation, wifi signal very weak and hotel has no parking within hotel premises. Parking is available outside, by the street, and one is obliged to leave car keys with the valet. And yes, you can hear guests' noise through the doors even at... More

We stayed there in January so that we could be near Luneta for the Papal Mass. We got the suite. It was large enough but the interior design was very old fashioned--like something from the 60s. The service was ok and the food was average. What really bothered me was the tint on the windows overlooking Roxas Blvd. You could... More

A hotel in the vicinity of the US Embassy, is also near cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls. Staff are courteous and accommodating. The rooms are not that spacious but the beds are wide and comfortable to sleep on. The toilet/bathroom is clean but limited space to move on. But the price per stay is affordable.
