Just back from a convention at this hotel, which meant I got to stay here. Lucky me. Comfortable room, nice bathroom (minor issue with mould in the shower recess but this is the tropics after all). Scrumptious breakfasts, lovely pool and helpful staff. Wooden carving abundant. Free Wifi included and it worked well in the room. Apart from some loud... More

The thought of staying again even for a day at this heritage hotel to attend a management workshop filled my mind with good memories about my previous experiences staying here. Unfortunately this time the experience of staying in this historic hotel was not so remarkable. First, the security was so tight because they were expecting the president of the country... More

I recently stayed at Manila Hotel, and found it to be exceptional. Amazing historical lobby, grand piano which was being played most of the time. VIPs frequently staying at the hotel. Food was fantastic, rooms wonderful, small lcd tv in bathroom which was a nice touch, very restful. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel for business or pleasure. Great... More

This hotel is very luxurious, but was surprisingly affordable. I've traveled all over the world, and this hotel can compete with even the best of Grand Hotels in old Europe. The staff was professional and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the historic feel was simply amazing. Not to mention that the free breakfast buffet was also top... More

only the lobby is worth a visit, with its long history and beautiful decorations. The room was really nice and luxurious, a true pleasure. There is a bathtub in rooms and and lcd tv which really is a plus. disappointed with the staff and the service too.

We stayed at the Manila Hotel overnight recently. It is a very historic hotel and we did not do it justice as we arrived late and left early. The cafe restaurant's food was rather ordinary. But the lobby has a wonderfully historic feel to it, and the rooms were very good. It is not a modern feeling hotel but is... More

This is a beautiful hotel ! Even only the lobby is worth a visit, with its long history and beautiful decorations. The room was really nice and luxurious, a true pleasure. In the evening, we didn't go out, but just stayed in the lounge and enjoyed the artist performing. Great atmosphere, just a pity that in some areas it is... More

This could have been one of the first if not the first establishment in the area. Finally, after 30 years of existence I have now to experience it's magnificence. Even if it's an old hotel everything seems to be taken care of. There is a bathtub in rooms and and lcd tv which really is a plus. If you ask... More

stayed there for 3 nights on a business visit. Comfortable rooms, good fare as well. Nice view of the harbour. Internet connectivity was very poor. Only 1 device can connect. If you want wireless connectivity, the hotel installs a router in your room. Speed is terrible. The restaurant is very good. A very large spread and there is something for... More

Breakfast is a buffet with many choices. The Gym was good but quite empty during the day. Swimming pool is next to the Gym. Room is comfortable. Location is convenient to do the Intramuous tour. Overall it was good but not so special.
