Very friendly and kind staff. Great breakfast buffet on top floor and nice view of the city. Rooms are very clean and quite spacious. I found it to be a good value especially if you compare what other more common hotels are charging in the area. Two thumbs up. more

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel recently. The pluses were the jacuzzi in the room, the service generally and the location. The minuses were the mediocre food, small and limited lobby bar, lack of free internet access and the jaded look of the rooms. Given the relatively high prices charged, there is certainly room for improvement. more

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Manila. The staff are very friendly, efficient and always eager to assist. The ambience and decor are nice. rooms are a decent size.
