Don't expect too much. I know I didn't because I definitely got a very good deal when I booked this room. And even though there was a slight misunderstanding on our conversations via email, I have overlooked that and proceeded with a positive head. Next thing you need to know, the hotel's a little hard to find. Since it was... More

I have checked in in this hotel thinking that I can do some remote work while I am in Manila, I was wrong! Very very slow WIFI, telephones inside the room cannot make or receive outside calls. The hotel overall is just OK considering for the price I paid. They can improve more on their service. When I called in... More

Having stayed here twice over the last two years. There is a reason why I choose to come back. Service is good with friendly staff. I don't understand how you can moan about noise from the street. This is manilla. It is noisy and busy. Great hotel. Rooms are clean with a nice shower

Nice interior design inside the hotel; Cabinet is very spacious for long stay; friendly staff; This hotel is not crowded so they can serve you quickly. Elevator is outside so your visitors no need to pass by the frontdesk. Don't get rooms near the street -- very noisy big trucks passing by. The trucks are huge and when they pass... More

Finding the location of the Hotel is a little hard for non Manila residents although most taxi drivers know San. Marcelino St. in Manila where the hotel is located. For first time guests, it is wise to print out the location using Google Map. If you will ride a taxi going to the hotel, tell the driver it is located... More

Stayed here twice already and hotel is ok enough for a budget hotel. Rooms: The size is ok enough. Design is good because of the wallpaper. Has a restroom and a small room for drying out clothes. Has a small flat TV hanging but seem to have been misplaced. There's also a sink outside the restroom- maybe for washing dishes?!... More

There are only two things I like about this place: The staff and the Kape Pilato's pesto. Other than that, I'll stay away from this hotel. If you're on a business trip, skip Nest Orange Hotel. There are other options in the Malate area which are way more accessible, such as the City State Hotel, which offers a similar rate.... More

In general the hotel is new and clean BUT we don't like it for: - we booked and payed for the "Suite A", BUT when we came to the hotel they had no idea that we should come; - after 40 minutes of waiting they gave us another room, BUT they told us that the next day they would move... More

Worst hotel I've ever been. The comforter was soiled and has stains. The replacement is even worse. There's no tissue available because its out of stock as said by the crew so we got our tissue the next day. The food in the voucher said AMERICAN OR CONTINENTAL breakfast but the crew said that there has been an error with... More

Included in our itinerary were to watch the pyrotech show at MOA, have fun at Manila Ocean Park and stop by at Manila Zoo so choosing to stay in this hotel was a good decision since it is near these places. Hotel could be hard to find for those who don't know the exact location. The taxi driver was complaining... More
