There is a marketing signage outside the hotel entrance mentioning that the Superior Rooms are ready, opening this September newly renovated which features sophisticated furnishings to create a distinguished comfortable atmosphere ambience, that's not true, NOT READY & it's October. I booked the one Superior room and on checking in the staff mentioned that it's not ready yet as the... More

This is my first time to stay in this hotel. The location is good when in manila since it is in the heart of the metro. It is also near a hospital which was a plus points during our stay when we had to buy some medicines. The hotel is old but well maintained. The staff are friendly too. There... More

I wrote a negative review about this hotel a few years back due to its dilapidated rooms and facilities. Give it a retry after years of slow renovation/refurbishment. Rooms, at least deluxe level and above, are now up to standard but not luxurious. Rooms are compact with adequate amenities. Walls are thin, expect to hear your neighbor if they are... More

I have stayed in this place before when it was originally the Hilton and later Holiday Inn. My main reason was location as it was close to places I needed to be on business. It is not 5 stars by any means but for the price it was good. Waterfront recently took it over an there are changes going on.... More

I stayed here for about 5 days because of seminar. The staff were really nice and friendly, they are very accomodating. It was a good place place to stay, but don't expect too much. If you are looking for a nice and accomodating hotel with class, this is one for you.

I stayed here after going by the photos and the details on Expedia. I was a little disappointed to be honest. The rooms were ok, but not as described and the bath enamel was chipped - the room basically needed renovation. I can't speak for all the rooms, I may have gotten one that was needing renovation. The staff were... More

I don't understand why the reviews written by other people are all criticism. Maybe because I stayed not at the peak season. But, I have to say my stay was great. Didn't encounter any problem at all from the moment I checked in and out. The room was spacious enough to my surprise. The restroom was clean and also spacious.... More

The worst room ever. First time in Manila. I thought it was a 4stars hotel but turnout to be a disaster. The room are dirty and smell of smoke. I felt cheated for paying that kind of price. Please do not published yourself as a 4 stars if you are not one!!!!!

It was a tired morning, from an early flight to Cebu_the hotel car service was very on time to picked me! I appreciate. I arrived at the hotel arround 8am, and the check in time was 12-- and I have to run to the Convention Center for the exhibit..so I really need to put all my things safe..but luckily the... More

This hotel must do a lot of advertising in the monthly journal for 'very old overweight men who like young Filipino women' or perhaps there was a convention on for them, who knows but the place was full of them. The rooms are dirty, some of them really dirty, and the food not worth reviewing. There is a Casino upstairs... More
