I stayed here for about 5 days because of seminar. The staff were really nice and friendly, they are very accomodating. It was a good place place to stay, but don't expect too much. If you are looking for a nice and accomodating hotel with class, this is one for you.

I stayed here after going by the photos and the details on Expedia. I was a little disappointed to be honest. The rooms were ok, but not as described and the bath enamel was chipped - the room basically needed renovation. I can't speak for all the rooms, I may have gotten one that was needing renovation. The staff were... More

I don't understand why the reviews written by other people are all criticism. Maybe because I stayed not at the peak season. But, I have to say my stay was great. Didn't encounter any problem at all from the moment I checked in and out. The room was spacious enough to my surprise. The restroom was clean and also spacious.... More

The worst room ever. First time in Manila. I thought it was a 4stars hotel but turnout to be a disaster. The room are dirty and smell of smoke. I felt cheated for paying that kind of price. Please do not published yourself as a 4 stars if you are not one!!!!!

It was a tired morning, from an early flight to Cebu_the hotel car service was very on time to picked me! I appreciate. I arrived at the hotel arround 8am, and the check in time was 12-- and I have to run to the Convention Center for the exhibit..so I really need to put all my things safe..but luckily the... More

This hotel must do a lot of advertising in the monthly journal for 'very old overweight men who like young Filipino women' or perhaps there was a convention on for them, who knows but the place was full of them. The rooms are dirty, some of them really dirty, and the food not worth reviewing. There is a Casino upstairs... More

I travel to Manila almost every 6 months. Since the first time I arrived in Manila I stayed at the Manila pavilion. To me personally I like the joint, the staffs, restaurants, gym the viccinity of the hotel itself.all good to me and I enjoyed my holidays there and going back in June 2014. Great place affordable yeah good.

I make it a habit to call the hotel at least 73 hours before my day of arrival. I called Manila Pavilion and they said that they had no record under my name. I told him that I booked the reservation through Agoda the first week of October 2013 for my April 30, 2014 stay. They insisted that my name... More

To say the hotel is dirty would be an understatement. The word "filthy" describes the carpets, bathrooms, walls, etc. The customer service is also horrible. To top it off, the "free wifi" NEVER works. I wouldn't stay here again if they offered me a room for free, let alone the $90 they are asking. If I could give them less... More
