We booked a deluxe room in this hotel to attend special event. We booked via Ctrip (an online travel agency) since booking directly on the hotel will return that chosen check-in dates are already fully booked. I have booked one deluxe room (a month ago prior to January check-in) with 2 complementary breakfast for 2 since maximum number of guest allowed in a... More

This used to be a good hotel. The lobby is still nice, but the corridor leading to the rooms on the 14th floor was dingy with dirty carpets. The room was depressing and so was the bathroom. the seats were frayed as was the carpet. The bed was nice though with clean sheets and pillows. I cannot understand why the... More

Hotel situated five minutes walking distance from the waterfront and ten minutes walking from Intramuros. As per me well located and not very far from the business center if the city. We stayed on the higher floor with wonderful view of the Rizal square. The rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good with a wonderful spread of the breakfast.... More

I made two separate reservations for this hotel. First reservation 12-14 December, second reservation 30 Dec to 1st Jan 16. On my first reservation for 3 double rooms, I arrived at 1530 only one room was available, so we all went to the room . I was given a room which is not fit for human habitation. The room had... I was planning to spend my birthday here but the room was so old. Its as if not part of the waterfront chain of hotels. Service was ok. Room service food was above average. It really doesnt make a memorable event (like a birthday)memorable.

Me and my high school classmates stayed here for 1 night for our Christmas party. Room was small and so was the bathroom. The good side is that the bed (matrimonial) is big with 6 pillows. TV should be upgraded because it's too small and old. There is a casino in the ground floor. The lobby is just a normal... More

Good news: comfortable beds Clean sheets, great breakfast, The downside: it needs a total refurb badly. The room we had looked like we were in the 80's. The carpet was stained & ropy, the bath doesnt look clean, the walls are so old, we went in the swimming pool and its in a pretty bad state. We had an iron... More

Rooms are very old and it smells really old. The restrooms are old and small. There is no good reception in the TV and the TV as well is small and old. Aircon is noisy. Junk is also lying in the drawer and this surprised me. At least the bed is quite big and comfortable.

I've stayed at the Manila Pavilion many times over the past decade, initially more for its location (just a few minutes walk from the WHO office on UN Avenue) than its ambience. The fact that it's part of a casino complex used to put me off at first (I have an aversion to casinos), plus it used to be a... More
