This is like our second home. My family and I love the pool and jacuzzi. I am fun with their complimentary sauna as well as their shuttle service. You do not need to worry as their employee are all accommodating. We highly recommend this to those family that wants to relax, travellers that's want to explore Manila, couple and groups... More

The bed are getting harder and the sheets need to be replace same as their towels. The walls are kinda thin so you can expect to... More

Superb place in Manilla to stay in. Good service and nice food. We got a good deal from them for BB. So overall it was a really good experience. Would recommend the place without thinking twice to another person.

We had our Grad Ball last 2012 in this hotel, and I must say that they accommodate us well. Though we had little waiting time at the reception for the rooming list, it's understandable. For the room, we have that 2 queen size bed with proper arrangement and fits us well even we're total of 6 inside the room, as... More

We often come to this place for staycation since it is the most accessible and it's cheap . The service is actually good, all the staffs are friendly and accommodating . However , the rooms are not as good as before , i think they have to renovate the place because the walls are getting dirty , the furnitures in... More

I stayed last November 18 during the holidays to have a staycation with my friends. We were surprised that our room was upgraded and the front office staff were very accommodating and helpful. Needs were attended promptly. All four of us get to use the swimming pool and the sauna free of charge. The most amazing part of our stay... More

The area around does not look good and does not feel safe, although we didn't have any problems. The hotel itself is new, staff is friendly and helpful and it was a great stay for us. The room was good and really nothing to complain about. The breakfast was good, Nice Pool and Sauna, I would Definitely stay here again... More

Friendly personnel, fair service and good price for the quality of rooms.I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is very accessible to LRT one and two specially if you are coming from CAMANAVA, MAKATI or PASAY. I was surprised for their affordable price for rooms and set menus. The room was very neat, and met my expectations. NIce Swimming... More

So my friends and I suddenly decided to spend our weekend together before I go back to Australia. Since it is a sudden trip, we looked for hotels with reasonable prices. We came across the Manila Grand Opera hotel and immediately booked three rooms. The vicinity was not pleasant but it did not really bother us when we got inside... More
