There's no bidet, even tabo and timba, wee requested for the t&t, and they gave us a very disgusting one! The frontdesk girl is kinda rude, we went to the front desk to asked if the inn cafe is open for breakfast(6 am), but she doesn't response! we asked her again, and same, no response! No help from the staff... More

We stayed there for 2 nights and our experience was terrible. The breakfast food made me sick and you can only order one food. The air condition was very loud and outside noise was so disturbing. Not recommended. There are better hotels around Makati with almost the same price like Guijo Suites Makati- Guijo has better air condition, renovated and... More

Honestly, facility-wise, it is really not of good quality. This is because the room rates are not that pricey (compared to other hotels), anyway. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort of the staff to make our stay here special. The manager and the front desk receptionist are always reachable through phone call/text messaging. A. Food: creatively plated; averagely delicious B. Function... More

They have a very accommodating staff from security guards to bellboys and receptionists. This hotel is just a few steps away from the oldest existing University in the Philippines (University of Santo Tomas) and I think less than kilometers away from Recto Station. And also 5 minutes tricycle ride to SM San Lazaro. We stayed in this hotel for 9... More

Quezon City has not gone anywhere since I first visited in 1986. It remains a very large, crowded, run down city. The Fersal fits right in. As with most Filipino hotels, the staff is very nice and under resourced. The room was a bit dirty, small and old. Breakfast comes with the room, the breakfast was standard: western, Filipino, etc.... More

Okay. I stayed in this hotel for about a week, because of its proximity to the University of Santo Tomas. The experience that left a lasting impression on my mind are the mini cockroaches that accompanied me in my room. There was one on my bed, but most of the cockroaches were on the bathroom sink, where they announce their... More

The de luxe rooms are small, shower area is very tiny, but good enough for overnight stays. It's got a ref, and basic toiletries are provided. They offer reasonable rates in the area at the back side of UST. The free breakfast for 24-hour stays is also good enough, with a number of choices in the menu. Parking is limited,... More

I had a bad experience with this hotel mid of last year. It has not been a pleasant experience. I was travelling with family. With my 2 kids. Stay was almost good. Not until, one of the nights we stayed there, a commotion outside our door happened. I tried to peak and I saw a bunch of people outside and... More

The incident happened last June 2013, we appreciate and are grateful for your review madam, the hotel does NOT allow partying in the room . Based on our records there were 2 families billeted in several rooms that time and had a heated argument along the hallway. Thus, creating the noise that may have been like a party to other... More
