For little money a paid, I got a clean room with balcony, mini kitchen, a new water heater, a mini refrigerator, and free WiFi. The bathroom is eqipped with quick water heater, and water pressure is very high. Cons: - Street can be annoying when you are trying to sleep. - No elevator.
