We booked the hotel via Ensogo (discounted rate of 5,800 for overnight with set meal and fountain show) to celebrate my parents wedding anniversary. We booked 2 Aqua Rooms for one night (each room is good for 2 adults and 2 kids below 11 - one king size bed in the room). It was a chance for family bonding, a... More

The rooms although fairly small are comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Stayed 2 nights in a bay view room and really enjoyed being right on the water and watching the sunset. It's a bit out of the way but they have a little air conditioned area near the parking lot (about 100 meters from the hotel entrance)... More

Stayed there one night only. When we arrived, we learnt that only with an upgrade the 'booked' kingsize bed would be available, so we had to accept this upgrade to a bayview room which was then ready after another 25 minutes waiting. The whole facility is totally new (whereas the surrounding area is under construction) and rooms are pretty nice... More

Hotel H20 is a 5 star hotel - but one with a difference. It is located in the heart of the tourist district at Luneta - it fronts Manila Bay, overlooks Rizal Park, and is a stone's throw from Intramuros. Unfortunately, it shares an entrance with Ocean Park. This tends to get crowded on weekends and during the holidays. If... More

stayed there overnight in their aqua room...so relaxing. my nephew was jumping with joy upon seeing the fishes in the aquarium wall,.welcome amenities includes drinks in the ref and chips. the staffs are very friendly and polite. we checked out 12noon. but they kept our things in the storage/baggage room so we still enjoyed the ocean park without worrying about... It was probably my fault for not checking all the details, but after I booked for two nights through www.asiatravel.com 'Crazy Rate' for Manila and arrived at Hotel H2O, I was surprised to learn that every Park View (the cheapest, the title referring to a view of the Manila Ocean Park pool and stadium) has two twin beds. Nonetheless I... More

My experience at H2O was very relaxing and enjoyable. Went there for a birthday/anniversary getaway back in August 2011. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was that they messed up our reservations. Thankfully, they were kind enough to upgrade our hotel accommodations as compensation, so I cannot really complain. The rooms are clean and modern, and... More

My wife and I stayed in an Aqua Room where instead of windows, you get a full wall of marine life in an aquarium. Unique experience. The light from the aquarium was enough to keep the rest of the room lighted. We just shut off the rest of the room lights. The room was fair sized but the bed was... More

We stayed in the hotel sometime last December. It was my anniversary gift to my wife to have a hotel get away and also for the kids to experience Manila Ocean Park. The Hotel looks great, very cozy and elegant looking. The room was very spacious (not crowded for my family of four). The staff were very helpful, except for... More

This hotel can improve on signs and directions, difficult to know where to go. The room is clean but surprisingly small. The swimming pool looks nice and is big but is only open 8am-5pm. The locations of rooms, restaurants and pools are all detached and directions from staff are quite poor. My major dislike is the free access of (homeless)... More
