This place has pretty clean, basic but spacious rooms. The prices might seem high, but we researched all other options and this is the best budget option available. The restaurant has good breakfast available at any hour. Wifi works well in restaurant. This place is popular with domestic tourists as well. The staff is professional and helpful. This is located... Guest room with AC costs 1500php. Bf and I wanted to move to another hotel the minute we entered the room as it wasn't dirty but it looked like it was, with smelly bed linens that looked like it has been used since the 90's. No tv. No wifi in room. And to top it off, the daily rate does... More

This is a different kind of review. We, my asawa (Filipine wife) lived 4 years in the big condominium tower next to Natividad. We send their several friends to sleep there and used some of their services and eat or had coffee there once in a while. It is a christian pension. P e you cannot buy alcohol (like beer)... More

If you're one who's looking for a mix of not-too-expensive but quiet place to stay right in the middle of the metropolis, then Pension Natividad is just the right place for you. It has a homey ambiance, management is friendly, polite and apt to address your concerns. It is within the vicinity of nightlife in Manila, a walking distance away... More

We booked a private room with fan after friends recommended it to us (there are also rooms with aircon but a fan was enough for us). While it is indeed located in a dodgy neighbourhood, all budget hotels are and the whole of Manila is dodgy. The hotel is located behind a gate with a guard so it couldn't feel... More

We stayed here twice: for 2 nights when we first arrived in Manila, and then for one night & day while awaiting a bus to Banaue. The staff members were great; they provided friendly service and helpful travel info. For a small fee, they even stored some extra luggage for us while we were touring the North. The location in... One if the best accommodation in Manila for that range or prices. Really friendly and helpfull staff (they kept pur luggages for severals hours and offered us to have a free shower) Rooms are ok without being exceptionals but still pretty clean. Good location & enjoyable yard in front if the lobby. At least for this time in our Philipinnes... More

This pension is an oasis in the rapidly decaying urban blight that is inner Manila. The gates open and one enters a simple, clean and tranquil place to rest and eat and regain one's strength to endure the traffic and dirt of Manila. For what it offers, this is the place to stay. The staff is friendly and caring.

Stayed in one of their aircon, private rooms for a few days. The place is clean and run by friendly staff. After roughing it for a few weeks having a hot shower and flush toilet was a blessing. The AC worked like a charm and the bed was comfy, so overall good value for the price of P1500. Wish they... More

Think of a place where they charge everything? That's the place. They say to put your belongings in the locker, but you have to pay per day use (even using your own padlock). Also this was the first place (after 5 months travelling in SE Asia) where they charge to luggage storage. Even I had to leave in the storage... More
