My fiancé stayed here a few weeks ago for her medical, and will be returnin in a couple weeks for her interview. Within walking distance of St Lukes. The room were clean, and the staff was prompt and courteous. We definitely recommend this hotel if you're in Manila. With the close proximity to shopping and the acquarium, it was great.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and was a refreshing change after staying 3 nights at Remington Hotel. Some features which are far better than my previous hotel experience- good location near various dining options and shopping, great service from staff, fast internet in the room and at hotel lobby and cafe. It was a shame I booked... More

This hotel is fine for one night. Nothing fancy and very basic with hard beds and very depressing rooms. Room facing road was very noisy and we did request a quiet room on booking. Was moved to another room on our second night. Don't trust the "bell boy" that calls a taxi for you. After explaining to the bell boy... More

Rooms are fairly small, old style air conditioners that shake the room when compressor turns on; can hear people walking on hallway floors as no carpeting (also laughing loudly), sparse and cheap amenities. Breakfast room is too small; had to wait twice for 2 chairs. Never received requested wake up call. Too many stairs to walk up. Strange layout. Poor... More

Stayed in 3 deluxe rooms - the rating is 3 for the room and 1 for the front desk service We had booked 3 deluxe rooms for 7 persons (including deposit) which I reconfirmed by phone the day before arrival. On arrival, they tried to put 7 pax in 2 rooms instead of 3. The lame excuse at front desk... More

We had booked 3 stays at this Hotel during Jan/Feb each for durations of 2 to 3 days. The initial booking included a pick up from the Airport NAIA in Manila to the Hotel, they failed to show and then kept saying we had not booked this transfer even though we had documentation to prove this. The Manager would not... More

The breakfast is fine, but the eggs are a little runny. You have to ask for milk for your coffee, otherwise their default is powdered creamer. I stayed on the second floor, which is very noisy. Everyone headed to the floors above has to walk down the hallway of the second floor to get between stairwells. Get a room higher,... More

This is a highly rated hotel, and for good reason, its walking distance to the MRT (United Nations Avenue Station), it is walking distance to Rizal Park and a good selection of banks, foreign restaurants like McDonalds and bars. The hotel is situated in a safer end of town compared with other hotels in in this price range. The staff... More

The Papal visit was from January 15 to 19 and as soon as the celebration of the holy mass at the Luneta (Rizal Park) was announced with the Pope as the celebrant, I checked where the best place to stay is (proximity wise). I did not regret making this choice. The staff are efficient and courteous, the food served at... More
