Staff were friendly, rooms OK (I had a one bedroom apartment) but the noise from outdoors was not very good. Mainly traffic noise (which is to be expected in Manila/Quezon) but the rooms have poor sound proofing. I was on the 19th floor and could hear every movement in the street below. Tried this new hotel in Quezon City and I had a pleasant stay indeed. Francis, the Sales Manager was very helpful in arranging my requests for my reservations. The reception staff were all very kind in assisting our needs. The rooms we stayed in were all clean and comfortable. more

Don't expect to get any sleep before 3AM at the weekend - there is a bar opposite which plays LOAD music. Even ear plugs didn't help.
