First things first I checked in the staff at desk where very helpful but no one to show you to your room left to find it yourself which is OK but there are plenty more hotels in that area that show you to your room so not a good start, upon entering the room first thing I noticed was the... More

I stayed here overnight coming from a flight from Amsterdam. The room was good size, functional bathroom. The bed was nice. The room overall looked a bit dated, but was functional and clean. The Aircon was a bit rickety and was close to it's end of life... Breakfast, provided via coupons, was nice. Using the coupon system you can order... More

We were on our final night of our Philippines tour and after arriving at the hotel and checking in, I found the hotel and rooms to be so unpleasant and disgusting that for the first time in over 3 years of travel and 100 different hotels I chose to abandon my reservation and book a room across the street (the... Looking for staycation to celebrate my friend’s birthday, we chose to stay here for it is very near to malls and other tourist spots here in Manila. They allowed us to bring some of our chicha in the rooms without corkage. The room is spacious and clean and you can call anytime to their housekeeping personnel if ever you want... More

After beeing there several times i must regretfully say that the standard is getting lower. The front desk staff was not that much interested in my needs. And I really received a room without window. Horrible. I must admit, I again got an early check in. Thank you for that. The breakfast is as poor as it was before. Some... More

What they say and what they actually deliver is quiet different. The breakfast is very very meager and of bad quality. The WiFi they issue is valid for 7 hours only. Don't bother to book a room with window as the glass is so dirty inside and outside that you cant look through it anyhow. The air-conditioning water is leaking... More

I was there with a friend last November for one night just to be close to the Sikat bus that departs from there. I won't even mention the booking issues cause it would be too long to explain but basically they advertise "cheap" rooms that are always "full" although the guys outside catch walking tourists by offering these rooms. They... More

We used the hotel for a conference. Our program should start at 10.00 o'clock and when we arrived at 09.00 they were still preparing the room. Anyway what can you expect it is not a 5 star hotel. With some delay we could start. The airco was making a lot of noise but we managed. The lunch was not very... More

I stayed here as my friends wanted to be close to that area for one night. There were 3 of us staying and 2 of my friends checked in and immediately left the hotel and I tried to stick with my booking but regretted it very much. My friends rooms were filthy, blood and hair in the sheets, mold in... More
