I booked a 4 day stay at this property in August. I was overall extremely disappointed. I have travelled around the world several times and stayed in 100's of hotels from Holiday Inns to The Peninsula (Hong Kong and Bangkok). Compared to the 5-star hotels you get in Hong Kong/Bangkok/Singapore/Kuala Lumpur, I would give it a 3-star rating. Front staff... more
