first appearances are okay for a budget hotel. let into our room nothing like the photos, smells of damp and mould, bed dirty and no sheets. the shower hangs over the light bulb in the bathroom, toilets are disgusting and to top it off we saw a rat 😁

This is the cheapest place to stay in Kuala Lumpur and there is a reason for it. Not worth the two dollars you save. For a little extra you can get a decent room down the road. This hotel looked more like a brothel. Small dark discusting rooms with paper thin walls. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and were absolutely awful.. had to go for a walk to find a public toilet. Literally HELL. No Air con and people smoking everywhere.. Even in reception area the receptionist was smoking..

The rate is really cheap and location is good but still can't recommend. The staff was rude and ignoring, we didn't feel welcomed at all. Bed was ok but the room was too hot because the fan wasn't good. Then the shared restrooms.... they have showers right next to the toilet and everything is wet and steamy all the time. The smell in those hellholes is out of this world. First thing I noticed was a cockroach on the floor and when I went to the restroom the second time it was dead possibly because of the restroom conditions. There was urine all over the restroom and I don't think they clean them ever. Worst restroom ever!

When you do solo, never matters with budget. This place is so simple, created for backpackers only, the location is perfect, it is on the petaling street where is the famous cheap china town market located in the heart of the city with crowded. Budget trip doesn't need very complete things inside, i thought this stay is fair enough for solo backpackers. Don't expect more, because it is truly budget stay. I think they should make the price lower because of the budget facilities, but anyway you can choose this guesthouse for only like 1 or 2 days is enough. This guesthouse is 90% recommended for a solo backpackers who only need good rest or maybe some traveler mates as a bonus ;-)

We spent two nights here when it was pretty hot outside. The rooms are very basic with just a bed and a fan, there are no windows so the rooms are quite hot and sticky. The shower however was pretty good with a decent amount of pressure. Staff were friendly and the location was great so overall not too bad.

YES, This is a very cheap, very unfortunate because of limited land makes this place to be very narrow (for me). the absence of a window in each room is very uncomfortable. This place is quite very strategic because it is located in china town close to several tourist attractions and is traversed LRT lines

Omg just wash your walls! The place is a sticky mess. After spending 2 months traveling all around SE Asia, this was the grossest. My skin in crawling just thinking about it. I hate saying all this because the staff was so friendly but still, not a nice place. Spend the extra $5 and go anywhere else.

You get what you pay for! Ranting is a cheap place to stay and it is basic! The room is small but the sheets are clean and the aircon cools the room down quickly. The shared toilets aren't the best, but not the worst either. A bit leaky and the ceiling might not hold forever (guessing from the leaks in the floors above?!) but it does the job. The showers have great water pressure and you get hot water. Take flip flops. It looks reasonably clean but I always wear them in shared showers!! The communal area smells quite smokey, so not the best for non smokers but it's the only place to get wifi and they do have seats. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The location is great though! Right on Jalan Petaling - amazing market cross roads, cheap food and beer and a very interesting place to be!

My partner and I have been traveling almost a year now and we have stayed in the cheapest places in many countries...but this was by far the worst place that we have stayed. The staff are not friendly - the communal area is filthy and very uninviting. There is only one bathroom for the whole floor - the toilet leaked all over the floor when you flush so I might as well have gone on the floor! no sink - shower is just a hose on the wall. nowhere to hang any clothes or a towel. There is one of those big built in basins you find all over Asia right underneath the 'shower' so you have to lean over it to wash. You can hear everyone walking past your room SO loudly (the walls shake). the beds are sooooo uncomfortable - Ive had better sleeps on the floor! - you can feel every spring - its like sleeping on chicken wire. First thing in the morning we moved accommodation.
