Accidentally entered another person room with the same security card that I am using. I don't feel safe if such things happened... more

We booked 3 rooms and we checked in on the 25th of June at 3 pm. The booking of the hotel includes 24 hr aircon usage. The aircon in one of the room was OK initially until the next day (26th of June) at around 12 pm. It couldn't turned on, and it was less than 24 hours. And before... more

I stayed at Tune around 10 days or more not long after it first opened. The motivating factor here is price. It is certainly a different experience paying for every little thing that you want. A/C, towel, etc are all charged for extra. The room itself is small. It has a bed and a bathroom and virtually nothing else. No... more

Had to use earplugs because of the poor soundproofing in the room. The room was a bit dirty and very small. Propably worth of the money, but still wouldn't go again. more

I came here a year ago, with little expectation since it was very cheap. But I was very impressed how tourist-friendly this hotel was. If you're looking for a very affordable base to explore KL and a simple, secure, clean room to come back to, this is great. My partner insisted on staying at this hotel again even though we... more

this hotel was a very nice surprice! The value for money is uneatable. It is clean, has very comfortable beds and a funky design! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to KL. more

Well, i was a little sceptical in the beginning as always, mainly because of the low cost of the tariff. My experience started with their website, it was user friendly, well designed and functional (as i'm a web developer myself). I somehow had a feeling that this hotel wouldn't disappoint me, at the same time, i didn't want to have... more

Great new concept - modern hotel with comfy bed & great shower. You pay a very basic rate (I paid 35 RM a night) with everything extra on top eg towel, air con, wi-fi etc Quiet rooms, despite the monorail and busy road adjacent. The standard of decoration is not fantatsic - some of the finishes around the edges look... more

Very centrally located. Within walking distance of the Petronas Towers, good shopping, and good nightlife. As advertised, a very comfortable bed with a good shower. more
