At AUD50 per night for thee ppl it was okay value but shoddy bathroom, loud ineffective AC, no wifi made this place tolerable but poor. The location is okay being 5m walk from the monorail and a 20m ride into CBD. Breakfast was expensive so we missed it.

I stayed with the Brisdale Hotel in the Last week of December 2013 and was very very satisfied with the ambience and the friendliness of the staff. The Hotel is located in a seedy quarter of Kuala Lumpur but it atmosphere more than makes up for the environment it is placed in. The Breakfast in the rood coffee Shop is... More

The hotel's air condition is just poor. We moved to three rooms with the same slow air conditioner that was not as good. Even a fan would of done better. You need to reserve in a hotel with the aircondiotiner working because its very humid in malaysia. The room service was fair enough. DO NOT waste your money buying the... More

You could see both the twin tower and the kl tower from here. However the area is near to the slums and is a 10 minute drive to klcc. The hotel itself is 20 years old but the rooms have a modern look and is maintained well. I was disappointed as the swimming pool was small and closes at 7... More

The lobby is very nice and most of the hotel. It has a small swimming pool on the roof. My room was okay, except for the bathroom. The bathtub had no plug and you couldn't switch frow shower to tap. Also, the floor of the cupboard had a hole in it. The location is very old and is in the... More

I stayed at the Brisdale for 3 nights during October 2013. I paid about US$30 per night. I got no more - and no less than what I expected! There is absoultely nothing wrong with this hotel at this price! Yes, it may be a little old and perhaps a little tired - and so am I! Every day, I... More

I suffered due to my allergy. Although the hotel is vry popular wt local and overseas tourist; however i will strongly advise allergy/asthmatic to stay away. The rooms we were given were very dusty; further agravating the situation are the carpeted floor, full curtains and really badly stained aircond ducts. This hotel needs to be fumigated and throughly vacuumed. It... More

Stayed there last Jul 21 to 24. We booked 2 family rooms and they complied with our request to have the rooms adjacent and near elevators. Our rooms are on the 14th flr, overlooking petronas and we're happy bec they are connecting roooms. However, the main light in one of our rooms, 1405, is not working. We called maintenance and...
