The place is comfortable. Good for family. Very convenient since there are lots of restaurants and bars downstairs. A convenient store is available near the lobby. Everything is provided to you. I just advise you to bring universal charger :) what I like most, the view you have in your room! At least I got that perfect corner ;)

When I booked this place, I didn't check the dates of the reviews. We got there and the place is in the midst of updating. It felt very weird going to someones bedroom to get the keys, and to pay a cash deposit. We were also given a list of rules. One to take off your shoes before entering your... More

The location is perfect, close to everything you need. This was our first trip with our 3 yrs old daughter, we had to wait for our room till 1pm but they have spaced us in the children zone to wait till they get the room ready. The rooms are excellent and clean, but their breakfast is very ordinary and they... More

I had an awesome 12 nights experience stay at Changkat Seri Bukit Ceylon! 1) LOCATION is almost perfect! About 10 steps away from Changkat Bukit Bintang, where we could find a whole string of restaurants of various dining taste, clubs and bars. Changkat Bukit Bintang ends opposite BB Plaza and that's where shopping began (Lot 10, Sungei Wang, Pavilion etc)!... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment during our 2012 trip to KL. I found the accomodation to be very reasonably priced considering that all the amenities were excellent. The staff were extrememly helpful. The only drawback is that the music from the nightclubs nearby played well into the night (Stops around 2 AM) on weekends and I missed having... More

We stayed here for an extended weekend trip to Kuala Lumpur. We choose the hotel as it was a part of the ascott group and booked knowing that it was a serviced apartment. My comments are below. Location - decent location and easy walking distance to a lot of food options Price - it was reasonably priced, but not cheap... More

Hi, we stayed in Somerset for New Years. I first stayed in their studio room, which was really nice and spacious. And then my family arrived, and we were supposed to stay in a 2 bedroom suite, but they were all full, so they accommodated us in two 1 bedroom rooms, which were also spacious and good. They also had... More

Too high expectations because of rating tripadvisor, but appartment wasn't worth the money. The location was great, that for sure, but in the neighbourhood there are better places to stay for half the price like Maple Suites. Somerset Appartment with 2 bedrooms with had only 1 sofa for 4 prs, we asked for a second sofa but the answer of... More

Hi - stayed there in Dec 2012. we were 5 of us on vacation. the hotel location is perfect. Its very close to happening pubs, restaurant and night life. Very close to Petronas towers and the KL tower. In fact we could see both the towers from our balcony, perfect view. The hotel is more like a service apartment and... More

We had a good stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and relatively quiet. The rest of the hotel was good too, we used the pool, the gym and there is a handy shop as well. Breakfast was good, omelettes made to order as well as all your continental brekky stuff too. The hotel is in a good... More
