Booked this hotel as i am a best western card member. Never been to this hotel but based on the ratings given to the hotel over the internet, i decided to try. First impression outside the hotel, it seems that the hotel is pretty old, but not run down. Maybe the exterior of the hotel will need some touch ups.... more

Anyone who has been to the seri pacific in the last few months will know this hotel has gone through a total revamp and is a pleasure to stay, clean room, with maid service everyday which its perfect, frendly staff, helpful and would say made my stay in Malaysia. Would defo reccomend to anyone more
