Very central and a nice looking lobby, but the rooms on our floor (the 7th floor), all looked very tired decor-wise - all the doors had scratches on them. Well located opposite the fabulous Pavillion shopping complex,the Novotel represents excellent value.The staff are uniformly pleasant and helpful,the rooms well sized and in very tidy condition.We would certainly stay there again. more
