The hotel has a very good location,almost in front of the Petronas Towers. We had a deluxe room, it was quite big, with a big table near window. The furniture in the room was not new,but in good condition. We were greeted from the front entrance and brought to the reception for check in and it was all smiles along the way. Checking in was smooth and fast, the bellman sent the luggage up promptly and even sent a broadband cable to me as he saw a laptop bag and explain that the broadband services is free and unlimited.... more
