Excellent and most safe place I have ever visited in Malaysia. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. A good place for family trip.Good ambiance with a nice dining facility. Swimming pool is particularly the best than I could expect.

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. An above average hotel. Looks like it is targetting business clients. If you are looking for fun and entertainment, there are many other better alternatives eg: Sunway Resort or Tower Hotel. Easy access to Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in the east side, Dataran Merdeka on south side, Parliament on the west.

Spent a night there alone and my family joined in later for two more nights. The rooms were not comfortable. Was expecting better cleanliness for a hotel. The rooms near the roads were very noisy all night. There was some screaming and noise for hours by some guests at midnight. The reception was also generally unresponsive.

Stayed for one night only. Check-in receptionist courteous. Air-conditioned cannot controlled from room and its a bit stuffy. Room is basic. Bath room clean. Toilet is old and hard. Should change. Noisy as room is facing main road.
