The hotel is within walking distance of the twin towers and prime shopping centers (a fact that is important since you won't have to take a cab in a city where cabs usually try to rip you off). The waiters just do not respond to your calls until you have really called them thrice at least, and their service (hahaha..) is with a frown as if they are doing you a favour.
