The hotel is a big no for the simple and important point that it is in a completely wrong location. The loud speakers on the road keeps you awake till 1 in the night. Don't expect any breakfast as it is one of the worst. Ac doesn't work at all in the Room. Complaining doesn't really work. In short, don't... More

It is a good hotel but you need to face a massive traffic jam before arrive the hotel with car. If traveling by car, the basement car park is quite hard to be find although it is located under the hotel at the rear entrance. One thing to be improve for the car park is the lighting and cleanliness (I... More

I can say that the hotel's location is not that good enough. There were also mosquitoes in the rooms and in the lobby. The breakfast is buffet style but the food they serve is basically the same everyday. Some of which doesn't have that good taste. The room we got was bigger than what we had expected. It's very spacious.

It was a overall bad experience. Staff was very rude, non responding, after several calls from the EPBX you would be very lucky if they pick up the call. Rooms were pathetic, dirty and in a very bad shape. It would not be advisable for stay for any purpose. Breakfast was just a formality. Lifts were very bad..............smelly. I had... More

We stayed here for 6D5N. We had to carry our bag up to our room (well i did expect it beforehand so it was ok for me) The room is spacious enough for me and my roommate. Most of the room have yellow-light but we had the white-light which makes the room cosier!! Not to forget, we had the KLCC... More

Repeating what others have said. It's clean, the staff are helpful. The view of Petronas towers does nothing for me, as I'd rather see trees! A short walk to Chow Kit monorail, or a longish walk to Sultan Ismail station on a larger train from Sentral station. Big groups staying here over the weekend, some forget others use the hotel... Cititel Express KL is the great hotel in KL town. After we traveled from Genting Highlands, we were traveling by car so we booked the room for one night before leave Malaysia. First impression is Petronas tower view from the room which was amazing in the night time. And I got up with the sunrise. Once again....the view was very... More

This hotel pretty standard, clean, close to the chowkit monorail station. But it's little bit crowded in the hotel as this hotel regularly take big group of tourist as guest. Area outside of the hotel not really much interesting, and we can only use the wifi on 1 gadget only
