The location in Chinatown is just down from the covered market, and right in the heart of Chinatown’s bustling streets! It is next to the public transit station, and Intercity Buses that serves the north. Rooms are a good size, clean with comfy beds, flat-screen TV’s with several English channels, free wifi. The breakfast buffet has ample variety of both... More

Paid around RM160 for a superior room with breakfast included. Clean and spacious room. 3rd time staying in this hotel and are equally satisfied. Security of the hotel can be enhanced further. i.e restricting non-hotel guest from going up to the guest room floors.

Very near Chinatown, and not tool far away is Little India and Bukit Bintang with all the great local food and local shops. Not too far away from other historical sites like Wesley Methodist church. Good links with local trains and long distance bus terminus. Decent buffet breakfast, but rather unchanging. Room fittings are OK, but a bit old. I... More

Booked this hotel based on recomendations from other family members who have been to this hotel a year ago. Was disappointed with overall stay. Booked a room with hotel for my boys (one is 8yo and the other is 6months old). More of the baby, to ease the showering process. But we got one wo tub. Did also mentioned upon... More

I stayed in Ancasa hotel for few nights before flying back to Manila. The price is not for budget travellers but my stay is worth the value for money. A plus point for me is that it's just like checking in a hotel in Manila because the front desk personnel are Filipino students who are having their on-the job training.... More

Started off bad. We arrived in the early morning. So could not check in. We had to wait to 12pm. Not a problem normal! we went into the city and came back at the appropriate time. Got the key went to the room and the window of the room would not close. Sliding window close one side the other jumps... More

The location is just like others said, quiet central; just minutes away to hunting at Chinatown, and just beside the Pudu Raya Bus Station (one of the main station in KL). Although it's a lil' bit far from Bukit Bintang, but still in the walking range. The main thing I and my family was surprised is because of the breakfast.... More

This hotel is pretty terrible. We had to move rooms due to a terrible smell in the first one. Second room just smelt of wet carpet. Not sure how they can call themselves a 'resort' when there is no pool. Also their spa is so overpriced. Here are just a few of the things wrong with this hotel: carpet had... More

Nice hotel for cheap accommodation in the heart of China town and close to most other areas of interest. Breakfast was nice and suffice, but nearly every morning. For 5 mornings we as westerners were not the priority to be served and given limited service all together. We have been to KL many times and stayed at different hotels each... More
