On checking in we had to wait for long time before any service was given. The hotel has displayed sign giving reference to Asiarooms. For the information of the management, Asiarooms does not exist any longer as they were not doing business. When you log in it takes you to Laterooms, so please update your claims. The staff at the... More

Visited Ancasa Hotel Kuala Lumpur with family. Its a good place to stay, next to China Town. You find almost all the places nearby. There are fast food joints close to hotel. There are lots of street food stall nearby. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast is very good. Loved it.

stayed in this hotel for 2nd time on business trip, like the location as it is convenient to take public transport and there are a wide variety choice of food available nearby. Location and price are the main reason for me to choose this hotel. However, facilities and room are old, bit dusty and dirty, need a lot more maintenance... More

First of all, the location was good & the parking was good cause well I stayed on weekdays. So I went to reception for check in & everyone were "busy" I guess cause no one seem to notice me. I have to ask a guy at the PC & he just called his colleague & waving. I was suprised cause... More

This is an excellent hotel. We went for our honeymoon and had a great time. Lots of places are within walking distance like petaling street and central market. The train/metro stations are also within walking distance. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety and is fresh. The rooms might not be the biggest but still they were not very small... More

Close to China Town so if you love buying cheap Chineese copy crap then the location is good. We stayed in a "de luxe" room and it was absolutely a bad experience. Safebox not working, wifi not working, doors hard to close, interiour in both room and bathroom broken. Breakfast was primarily asian only, which of course can be ok... More

The location in Chinatown is just down from the covered market, and right in the heart of Chinatown’s bustling streets! It is next to the public transit station, and Intercity Buses that serves the north. Rooms are a good size, clean with comfy beds, flat-screen TV’s with several English channels, free wifi. The breakfast buffet has ample variety of both... More

Paid around RM160 for a superior room with breakfast included. Clean and spacious room. 3rd time staying in this hotel and are equally satisfied. Security of the hotel can be enhanced further. i.e restricting non-hotel guest from going up to the guest room floors.

Very near Chinatown, and not tool far away is Little India and Bukit Bintang with all the great local food and local shops. Not too far away from other historical sites like Wesley Methodist church. Good links with local trains and long distance bus terminus. Decent buffet breakfast, but rather unchanging. Room fittings are OK, but a bit old. I... More
