I stayed for 2 nights in a twin bed room. Check in is fast and the reception is friendly, The room is acceptable but old. Seems that the hotel is on renovation because i can hear noises from the top level. I got the view of the KL and Petronas tower which is awesome. However, the toilet seem pretty old.... more

Location near petaling street was great. Selection at breakfast was adequate. Room location was noisy at the back of the hotel above the school. Reception check in and out was speedy. decided to spent my birthday with my family which turned out to be a nightmare. right from the word go we had problem. a cot was requested for my baby daughter, it turned out that the cot was broken with nails jutting out from the wooden sides. on return from the first day outing had cockroaches all over the food... more

I was introduced to this hotel through a friend..great find..not exactly boutique as it is quite large but it was quite festive and decorated during the XMas holidays. Very service oriented and near the street for "authentic fake" bags, purses, watches" at incredible prices. more
