The hotel very close to the shopping center,it just few minute walking. The staff very polite and well training. I was stay at 2 bedroom accompany with 3 of my friend. Stayed with family over Christmas and NY2015. Conveniently located in the "Golden triangle" and very spacious. Great views of Petronas towers. The rooms are very outdated and smell musky. Carpets have stains on them, furniture is too old, showers have mould. Breakfast options are very limited (unless you fancy Nasi Lemak early in the morning), egg station is ok. I... More

This is our 4th stay at this hotel. The rooms in the Nuri block are clean and very spacious. The two bedroom apartment is brilliant with plenty of room. While the hotel could do with a refurbishment, don't let this stop you booking this hotel. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is great for breakfast and the location is central... More

25 floors of 2 apartments on each floor, and 1 working lift. That is what we had to put up with for the three days we were at this hotel, and the other lift had been out of service when we checked in so who knows how long the block we were in had been functioning with only one lift.... More

The room at NURI tower is not renovated. Cleaniless is poor with stained bedsheets n pillow case upon checking in. There is no minimart in the hotel and nearest place to shop is 10mins walk..There only plus point is its location to twin tower is about 10 mins walk but this will never make me return. Breakfast is OK and... More

Several elevators were under maintenance (Kenari Block), always waiting for the turn to use it and the airconditioner is not working well. Hot room with the tropical climate. Its a waste of money. The food for breakfast are moderate, quite good in terms of menu offered and the taste. However, there is water leaking from the airconditioner at the Cafe,... More

The place is cheap. The place is close to KLCC. The place is dirty. The place is v v tired. The place needs a major renovation. There really is no "family facilities", the pool is almost green, the launderette is an utter garbage dump, the gym....enough said. End of the day, you get what you pay for, if your in... More

One of the very few all suites hotel in the middle of the KL city. Stayed here every time whenever we make our family trip into KL. The 2 bedroom suites is very spacious. Hotel itself is very dated although I can see they are trying to do the very needed upgrading over the years. I must stress that the... More
