I stayed in the Superior Queen Room and the room was well furnished, spacious, clean, full of amenities and extremely comfortable. Loved the fact that there was an abundance of pillows in the room too. I had a view just above the pool which was really nice and it was relatively pleasant to watch families and tourists frolick in the sun.... More

3 mins walk to Lot 10/bukit bintang station and sungei wang plaza. 7mins walk to berjaya times square. Can't ask for anything more in terms of location. Rooms has 2 full double beds which is very important for families with young children so they can save $$ staying in 1 room.

Our "deluxe" hotel rooms were very big and well appointed but were dated and in need of refurbishment. The rooms had a musty smell and the air con was ineffective. The bathroom was old and the lighting was very weak making it impossible to apply make-up. Reception were professional and check in and out was a breeze but the concierge... More

Kuala Lumpur and this hotel were terrible experiences. The first room we were given clearly stank of cigarette smoke. The porter told us that the smell was actually the cleaning agent they used to clean the carpets. Not convinced we asked for another room and this one definitely was better. It seemed as though we were however being inconvenient by... More

I always stay at PArkroyal when I travel to KL for business trips. More to do with location than anything else but the rooms are great and beds comfy, and the check-in at the executive floor is well-managed as well. I might try out different hotels from time to time but I will definitely consider this hotel as on e... More

When visiting KL, staying at the Parkroyal is highly recommended. The hotel itself is wonderful as are the staff. Plus all the action of the city is at your fingertips as you walk out of the hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Parkroyal.

I was in KL for 5 nights and stayed at Park Royal. It was a really nice experience (if not excellent). It was everything I expected from a hotel in the middle of a busy city. The open air pool was really nice, although I didn't go there much. there is a nice clean gym as well and food from... More

The hotel is centrally located in the Bukit Bintang area - which I is the primary shopping area in Kuala Lumpur. I booked a Club Orchid Premier room. Their websites states that their Premier room is "spacious" and has a well-furnished bathroom with a "deep" bath tub. Firstly it is strange that the Club Rooms are on very low floors.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, this is a very good hotel, the room is clean, the beds are comfortable, although the bathroom can do a bit more detailed cleaning (the toilet bowl was not scrubbed hard enough)... Most importantly, this hotel is centrally located, so it is very convenient for us to tour around the city. We didn't... More

We had a week in KL and stayed at this hotel following agents recommendation. We took the Orchid Club option and couldn't have been happier. We arrived early in the morning and were immediately taken to the Club floor for an easy registration and offered breakfast which was available every day if you didn't want to go to the ground...
