The best thing about this hotel is the location, then big suites..... Totally it is an average (old) hotel, our suite was very big, two good size bedrooms, big kitchen, 3 toilets and a large lounge. Fortunately, beds are comfortable and clean but bath room was not look that clean. Carpets inside rooms are old and stained. The most negative point... More

The Maple Suite is okay but could be a lot more. The suite is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, office and laundry. The beds are comfortable too. Good location. But that's about it for the positive comments. negative comments - no wifi, furniture old and grubby, doors.floors, ceilings in bathrooms dirty and falling apart, kettle and cups but no... More

Title says it all...this place is terrible, our room is filthy...even after requesting new bed covers to replace the stained one that confronted us. We are currently trying to get the last 2 nights refunded, of 3, full payment was taken at check in and both the hotel and booking.com have not given us much hope of a refund...we are... More

Booked a 2-bedroom suite for one Saturday night. As mentioned by others, the unit is quite spacious. Living hall (with sofas), adjacent dining area, a small study, kitchenette (gas stove, fridge, microwave & crockery) , 3 bathrooms (2 of them inside bedrooms), an exterior laundry area - (washing machine, sink & drying rack) and 2 bedrooms. Despite showing some age,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, the 2 bedroom suite was massive, there is a laundry room, office, kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Everything is clean and working well, it could do with a lick of paint in the lounge especially and a few outdated things like microwave and fridge. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk to twin towers, 5... More

We stayed at maple suites for our family vacation. I was surprised at the spacious rooms. The kids loved going downstairs to the karma cafe to eat american French fries and drink coca cola. Very quite. The key came with a great security feature as it only allowed you access to your floor. Very close to town. Walking distance to... More

Booked this place for a colleague's family travelling from another state. The premise is centrally located, near the famous KLCC, nightspot Changkat, shopping district Bukit Bintang and less than 10 minutes away from the city centre (via taxi). Booking was easy, check in was prompt. This place does not mention about RM100 parking token deposit, so if you have more... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that had 3 bathrooms, washing machine, microwave, etc. It was a clean place and was great to stay in. The apartment also had a swimming pool. gym and squash court - used all these facilities extensively. The location was good, just across the Menara Tower, in the central part of town. Mono rail...
