I always try to write positive reviews. The staff expecially Robin was great. The rest is absolutely terrible. Don't stay there. I do a lot of travel and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I left 2 nights early and went to another hotel.

Strangely the most memorable thing is the number of clocks in the lobby as I missed my paid breakfast because of them. You may notice that they're all ~8 min slow and if you need to catch your plane, it may be tricky statistical deviation... Yet, the stuff is helpful, location is silent, although Al Jafs is really close to... More

This Hotel is close to Bukit Bintang shopping , restaurant-bar street, where the action is and the metro station to get around. Friendly staff, rooms very small but clean and save. Only Asian people seem to frequent this place. Breakfast is horrific ..instant coffee, white bread and loads of deep fried processed food. Malaysian are simple the most unhealthiest people... More

The hotel is ok for the price. Its in a good location and handy for bars, restaurants and shops. My main gripe was other guests banging doors and such like pretty much all night which meant I couldn't sleep. For some reason people knocking on the door next to mine at all hours- crossed my mind a prostitute might have... More

I normally stay in another place just 50 meters down the road (La Comme Inn). That is also a budget place. But this was being offered even cheaper. Look here's the deal, it's not a luxury hotel. But it was clean, it's a pleasant space and it's less than a five minute walk to the city center. It was cheaper... More

We were somewhat stranded in this area for a night and Al Jafs was the only place with a vacancy. The hotel was neither impressive nor bad. The staff was cordial and helpful; the rooms were a bit run-down, but acceptable; the breakfast was lackluster, but not worse than expected. The location is a big plus. It is walkable distance... By just the name we should have known its more to middle east family manage, upon check in given a room on third floor but you must press the lift 2nd floor, room cleanliness is acceptable, most of the time I come back they will ask for my room number which a few of their people always group in the lobby... Family of 5 frm Spore :- Thurs 27th Nov13 - Sun 1st Dec13 When Mr Husb said hes gonna book a 2star hotel, I was a bit skeptical, for we hv 3 kids..8 & 7yo girls and a 3yo boy...My main concern is the surroundings...we proceeded with the booking via Agoda anyway....This is our 1st time checking in a 2star... We stayed in this hotel for 1 night, upon arriving check in thankfully was fast, but we received NO smile, NO hello, No welcome, just a group of extremely boring unprofessional guys who obviously own the place, breakfast was near un existent which is based in which looks like the owners front room which surrounds which I believe is their...
