As we only stayed for one night I am not able to fully rate this hotel. We choose the hotel because of it's location near Banda Damansara as I had an early set off the following morning. What wasn't clear from the hotel description was it's actual location, directly behind a petrol station in the middle of nothing, I mean... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 night. The registration went smoothly. Next morning, i asked the reception to send me an iron to my room. But she said that there there is an ironing room located at the lobby. So i come down to iron my cloth. To my surprise, i have to ques because there is only 1... More

I actually had plans to stay in another hotel in KL for the night, but a friend called and we went to get some supper and drinks in Kepong. Ended up quite late and friend told me it was pointless to head back to KL so why not just stay at this hotel (he stays just around this area) and... More

I stayed at this hotel on the 3rd July 2013 and checked out later after one day as the staff were unfriendly and have poor customer service. One front office staff (Nornee) did not even send someone to have my faulty lamp in my room fixed even after making a phone call to complain. The worst part is the hygiene... More

Would not recommend staying here to anybody! The place is literally in the middle of nowhere. There is nowhere decent to eat nearby (other than macca's - but no one wants to eat that when holidaying in Malaysia). Getting to the hotel was near on impossible - no one actually knew where it was, and access was through a service... More

DO NOT STAY HERE. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere and despite numerous polite requests each day they were unable to organise a taxi for us on 3 separate occasions (though Malay guests were able to book one just fine). In the end we had to get a lift with one of the hotel staff to make it to... More

I spent 2 nights there recently for a talk. The location is tricky to find as you can only access the hotel via the small road. It is not accessible from the main road. It is actually beside a BHP petrol station, but if you pass the petrol station, you would have missed the small road. You need to turn... More

I spent 2 nights there while attending a seminar in the area. The staff kept my booking -you can book via internet without having to pay - until late at night and the check in went very smoothly, the staff is attentive and kind, which is a big plus. The room I was given, on the 4th floor overlooking the... More

Spent 2 nights in the hotel. The front desk and housekeeping staff are nice and warms. The room's price is reasonable. Renovation of the hotel is pretty nice. Although the hotel's breakfast doesn't has much selection though. There is a hotel's driver who will fetch us to any interesting place and shopping mall we preffered by paying him a small... More
