We had the 2 bedroom apartment on this trip for 3 days! The first thing we thought when we entered the room, was that it was very old! From the carpet to the old wooden interior room... Then the strings of maintenance issues.. Being in Kuala Lumpur, or Malaysia in General, air conditioning is a must, much needed in any... More

Been here a couple of times before. Room was great. Nothing to complaint. Located in jalan ampang, about 2 km from KLCC. Surrounded by embassies for other countries. Considered posh area. Across the road there are 7 eleven and supermarket. Also there are a great old restaurant which visitors can try.

Me and my family traveled to KL 19th of july 2013. Our tour suggested to stay in this hotel. It's very clean and large. A nice hotel with best clercks and services but it has one big problem... The problem was the hotel's wifi connection. It wasn't free! You have to pay 26 Ringit for 1 day to use wifi!... More

The 1 bedroom suites are HUGE, and provides you with a full kitchen, including stovetop and oven. Would have appreciated the sofa to be a pullout bed for our son, but he made do. They will add an extra bed for 28MYR per night. King bed in bedroom is very comfy. Bathroom is tired and could use an update. This... More

Next to u is a bus station take u direct in 5 min to twin towers. Across street suprmarket has Anything u need. The staff is... More

The Nomad should do what Nomads usually do: move on. Once upon a time, the place must have been OK, fitting in those yesteryears. Unfortunately, the room carpets are reminders from the founding days and the filth is ever-present. Sad. It doesn't actually take that much to upkeep a place at a decent standard. Management? Which management? My advice: avoid... More

Upon arrival by cab, no bell staff were there to help on luggage and i went straight to proceed with check in and i asked the receptionist Ms Jamilah, why no bell staff help on luggage and I get a very rude and blunt replied from her that the bell staff are there (sitting at the bell counter). Next, she... More

I stayed three nights here while visiting Kuala Lumpur. The room wasn't very clean, but it was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, coffee/ tea and water stocked daily. The location is quite good, a short ten minute taxi to downtown (which costs only 10 RM=3 US Dollars). The hotel restaurant is quite good, and reasonably priced. The pool... More

The title should give you an indication of the maintenance, or lack thereof of the NSCASH. Found out on day 1 that the toilet cistern was not working properly so I took off the cistern lid to investigate and lo and behold, the flushing mechanism was connected together by an unravelled paperclip! And it wasn't really doing a great job... More
