I know 4:30am isn't a great time to be at work, but its your job, so don't be such a sook about it. This place is ok if you just come in and sleep then leave... Unless you need a taxi, because a pre-booking doesn't really mean anything when reception say "just go out on the street and get one,... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Swiss Inn for one night while in transit in KL. Our stay was perfect. Staff are friendly and very accommodating, the room was very clean and new, very quiet, the bed was very comfortable, just what I needed after a long flight. The shower was also great. We caught the sky train from... More

If you like the Chinatown streetmarket in Kuala Lumpur there are probably no better place to stay. It´s located on the market street and after some hard bargaining it´s great to relax at the hotel. In my opinion the streetmarket in Chinatown is the best in Southeast Asia if you like to buy copys of famous brands with good quality... More

Great location in Chinatown (great for atmosphere and food). Very clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast buffet (both western and local food). Service was excellent, the receptionist remembered our names and let us check in straight even though we arrived early morning. Quite close to metro and right opposite HAN travel that goes to Taman Negara National Park.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel room is spacious and clean, though the "maze" is a bit confusing at first but I felt it's good for security reasons. Buffet breakfast is excellence served with a variety of choices. Hotel was stack up in between of the bustling Chinatown, food, shopping, a great feel of the local experiences. Walking/short travel... More

Honestly, this hotel has become a "custom" to me. Everytime I visit Kuala Lumpur (three times a year), it´s a given that I spend a couple of nights in this simple and yet, clean, safe and most of all, smack in the middle of Chinatown,KL. Savour the bustle, local foodstalls, haggling with vendors etc. All a stone-throw away from the hotel.... More
