Price Is Little High...Compare To There Room And Overall Environment .Stuff In Reception, Are Very Rude. They Have To Change Receptionist. Is Good If They Take Young Boy Or Girl And Replace Old Lady. This Is Not A Hotel For Stay With Family Or For Relax. Only If You Need A Place For Put Your Bag Or Just Want To... More

I stayed here few times since 2009. Had tried standard room even the family room. The price quite high due yo its strategic location. what i can say that here is not somewhere you wanna relax or enjoy your days with beloved one. suitable for a stop to rest and enjoy nightlife cause the environment so noisy even at 3am.... Twice a year I travelled to KL as my annual holidays for the last 6 years I stayed in this hotel because of it ideal location. However as years go by some of the staff lack courtesy and considerations to the requested basic needs of the clients. Most of the staff are non locals perhaps lacking the customary politeness and... Cardogan hotel has a very affordable rate, and at first arrival, as predicted, the low rate was actually the general impression that the hotel quality is far from less. When we checked in, we found that the lobby was fairly small yet quite comfortable. However when we first entered the room, I find the room have a strong damp smell,... More

The room was basic and not much to look at, but was very comfortable. The staff were always willing to assist and we had a pleasant time. Although there was not wifi in the room, there was a very good service available free of charge in their cafe. Great location with shopping centres, small market and many levels of eating... More

We were stopping over in KL for 4 nights and as the Bintang Warisan we were staying in only had room for 2 nights, we decided to move to this hotel for the next 2 night's stay, since it was just next door. Also, that would save us from unnecessary haggles with taxi drivers. However, that decision turned out to... More

Ms Wong Josie is the hotel manager. She was rude, useless and very unfriendly. All her answers to my requests were "just because". I would never recommend this hotel.
