We needed an apartment as there were three adults and two children and there that many options in KL that were close to the city so we chose this one. The place itself is very nice. The rooms were tasteful and clean (our apartment was the smallest, cheapest option and was rather small so i would think about upgrading if... more

Moved form Sucasa to Micasa as it was full. Stayed for 1 month, probably 2 weeks to long. The rooms were finished with good gear & had a kitchen that allowed you to cook but only had the necessities. The room itself was a lot smaller than Sucasa & was all open plan, so whenever cooking the smell went through... more

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 teenage children and found the accomodation to be very nice. The kids shared a room with their own bathroom. They both had King sized single beds and there was a small but cosy lounge and kitchenette and we had a nice room with our own bathroom. I would recommend this place... more

Overall this place is cosy for couples and families but pretty pricey for a hotel at this location (not near the main shopping area). We had to pay for cab to Bukit Bintang and it isn't easy to get a cab in this area as well (though main road is a short walk out). On the last day, we had... more

Liked the property very much. The low-rise gives it more of a homey feel than most of the down-town hotels in KL. Got a very decent corporate rate for a 2-bedroom apartment. One downside is the location. On foot you have a decent walk to get to KLCC and the park or the tube and getting a taxi isn't always... more

You get what you pay for. MiCasa is an old hotel and cheap but the hassles that come with staying here are simply not worth it. Staff are ill-equipped to deal with simple requests so the service, simply put, is abysmal. In the time we stayed here the water pipes broke so we had no water in the bathroom for... more

Micasa has become a firm family favourite over the years and does not disappoint on our latest holiday to Malaysia. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, and were impressed by the service, price and cleanliness. Breakfast is also one of the best I have had in Malaysian hotels, with fresh succulent fruit, freshly cooked eggs, amongst other... more

My family of four moved to the Micasa after 3 nights in Petaling Jaya. I rang the day earlier and requested early check in and was told "no problem". We arrived at 10am and were checked in and up at our room in less than 10 minutes. Reception staff were always courteous and helpful as were restaurant staff. We had... more
