The location of the hotel is great and the mega shopping mall right next to it is great, the hotel itself is enormous and in here lies its downfall. Stayed here for 8 nights. The hotel location is very good as there is a huge adjoining shopping complex which has a monorail station and good acces to taxis. We stayed here late August 2008 and would not stay here again. We received free upgrade as they made us pay $500.00 AU deposit because we didnt have a credit card and i made it aware was not happy!!
