I had a bad experience parking my car at the basement of the Berjaya Times Square Hotel parking lot for hotel guests during my (10) nights, (11) days stay from 23.3.2014 - 2.4.2014. My MPV was being hit and run by an unknown vehicle. This happened at Basement 2 (B2) when I parked my MPV in the afternoon on 31.3.2014... More

We were given a room on the 18th floor, despite my request for a high floor with a view of the petronas towers. There were stains all over the floor and the lounges were old, dirty and ripped and looked like they were infested with dustmite and other creepy crawlies. I was not at all happy with this room, i... The room condition is very bad although I was being upgraded from studio to superior room. The air cond is not cold despite I have feedback to the manager. The bathroom is very dirty. I dont even dare to use the bath-tub. There is algae built up on the shower outlet, glass wall and washing basin (Feeling gross). Worst thing... More

Our 2nd stay at this hotel having enjoyed our first stay. Our suite was really good we had our Grandaughter with us this stay and an extra bed was put in our room quickly. The location of the hotel is good. We could not fault the staff, we asked to book breakfasts for the 3 mornings we were there and... More

Overall, it's a decent hotel; clean, spacious with fairly good customer service. I shared a two bedroom unit with friends in early April. Our first room was quite noisy and the air conditioner wasn't working in my friend's room. The hotel staff (Milan) went through a lot of trouble to find us a new room. The front desk was friendly... Myself and my husband stayed here one night, in between flights to our honeymoon in Bali. This is like no hotel we'd ever experienced before. Ranaesha on the front desk was most helpful in rushing our room availability seeing as we arrived very early in the morning after a long flight, and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with... Our Superior room in the 15 th Floor shocked us in many ways. The view was great, the room huge. BUT. The cloth lounge chairs were literally black with grime on the seats, the arms and front where 10 years if sweaty grimy bodies had rested. They looked like they had spent several years in a garage where the farm... More

First off, this hotel is in a great location. There is a mall right next door and the hotel guests have their own door to the mall. This mall doesn't have the big name stores that you will find in the Pavilion or KLCC but has enough shops (use to be the biggest mall in KL a couple years back)... More
