The place is nice and clean but it is in a downmarket area although close to the LRT and Monorail. The hotel has only one restaurant but the buffet breakfast is terrible. well had a very bad experiance when the room service refused to send water as they dont have 24 hrs room service on top of it the receptionist told me to go and buy the water from outside that was totally inhuman. more
Nice 4star hotel. Service by all staff was good. We booked a Deluxe room which was spacious and neat. Hotel location is very near to Monorail. Breakfast was not to expectation. Overall experience was good. Will definately go back more
I always stay at vistana from 2005 but until Nov.2007 i had a one experience that change my view from the best hotel to the worst. I don't know whether the receptionist is tired or not well but when she give me the key room without smile and bad face, i think i should change the hotel next time i... more
