Stayed here with family from Christmas till 31st December. Staff we're well trained and check in was a breeze. However the hotel badly needs upgrading as it looks old both inside and outside. Rooms whilst decent in size could do with major overhaul, especially the toilets. Mostly functional, no aesthetic elements.....it prides itself as tallest hotel in KL..Not sure if... More

The hotel sure is a very high class expensive hotel; but looking for food at night there is an obstacle. The surrounding has a lot of indian cuisines (too many), and you can't try any other nice food, unlike Bukit Bintang where you can walk to Jalan Alor for good food.
