Easily justifies its 4-star rating and would agree with its description as 'Top Value'. Pleasant, efficient staff; spacious, comfortable and clean room. Slight musty smell in the bathroom but disappeared if I left the door open. I wish I'd stayed more than one night. Clearly an older building but, unlike other older hotels I've stayed in, they've done a good... more

Stayed there on a friday and saturday night. Upon entering the hotel was greeted by all staff, staff always ready to help you. After checking in proceed to the room. Room was great, makes you feel very comfortable, yeah sure there is a slight muskiness upon entering well but it will soon go away or i got use to it... more

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days. The hotel is clean and nicely located in the city centre which is convinient to the Gold Triangle shopping area. It is also within 15 mins walking distance to the KLCC as well. The staffs were quite helpful and nice. The only thing i do not like is the swimming pool which... more

Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. We understand your feelings about our small pool. To be perfectly candid, as a urban contemporary hotel, most of our corporate customers wish for is a pool where they can swim laps and size of the pool though small when compared with other recreational pools does allow one to swim laps. The...

Good location - even if there are better located hotels around. The hotel itself is a bit out of fashion but they try to keep it up to date. It is worth to book a club room for at least 2 nights. Very kind door staff at the front of the hotel!!!!! more

True there will always be better located hotels than ours. We are a boutique hotel with only 275 rooms and although we do have a great location which is better than most, we spend most of our efforts winning "friends and family" through our guest services. Our Club Floor Staff are uncompromising in their standards and as you mentioned our...

First time staying this hotel for 1 night as I had to extend my business meetings the next day & it was conveniently located near the clients' office. Rate was pretty decent for its location but the condition of the building is really old. As there was a shortage of rooms, I was upgraded to the next category, Club Room.... more

We stayed in this hotel before and after our trip to Taman Negara. The hotel is very convenient - only 5 min. walk to Petronas Towers and close to many restaurants. Hotel room o.k., we booked an offer including a 1/2 days sightseeing trip and buffet dinner and found this very good value for money. The buffet breakfast was excellent,... more

we stayed on the 7th floor of this hotel and i found that there was a slightly stale smell which was quite unpleasant. However when we changed rooms to the 14th floor there was no stale smell at all. The rooms were generally clean and the staff were friendly. Complimentary slippers in the room was a nice touch. We also... more
