Hotel was a center location of KL and situated nearby major shopping malls and right opposite Zouk (club). Hotel room was abit dated but still acceptable. Bathroom was huge and more uptodate compared to the room. Service was good and they provide free carpark service. However, lift to carpark was abit slow as it is shared with office block next... this hotel is a hotel that is value of its money but it is not the right place if you are looking for a real 5 star hotel. KL is a place where there is so huge difference between good and bad. this hotel is good among bad. it might be a five stared hotel in 20 years ago but... More

The Maya Hotel is a great place to stay when you visit Kuala Lumpur. Our unit had excelent views to the Petronas Towers. In your room you have all you need to make your stay a wonder, hairdryer, mini bar, comfortable king bed, tv, powerful WiFi, dvd & a great great shower and bathroom. The hotel has a swimming pool... My recent stay at Hotel Maya was ok, however I certainly don't feel it is a 5 star rating. The service is brilliant and concierge were magnificent and very helpful with assisting me to organise my tours. The hotel is conveniently located close to Petronis Twin Towers and Suria KLCC. The rooms were fairly spacious with a lovely big bathroom.... More

We've just returned from 7 days in Kuala Lumpur where we stayed at Hotel Maya. It's close to the Petronas Towers, in fact they are right across the road where there is great shopping and if you like the theatre or the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra they also 'hang out' there. There are two entrances to the Hotel. On street level... More

Was in KL from 4th to 7th July for a short retreat with the missus. It was our 2nd time staying in Hotel Maya. Though the hotel is still classy, the place is starting to get a bit dated. Rooms are showing signs of wear and tear. Management may do well to start some proper maintenance. Location cannot be faulted... More

Wonderful location ,close to the twin tower Petronas and shopping centres. Room clean, sanitised in the modern way. Rapid Internet access(WiFi) . The people particularly of the menial group very helpful., Service at the Sky Lounge and Hydrotherapy wonderful. They are dedicated to the job. Anyway it is worth mentioning the Sky Lounge service over complimentary tea/coffee etc appears unique. The hydrotherapy... More

Nice place to stay. It's at the edge of the KL Golden Triangle. But seems to be a bit far from places. Only KLCC is within walking distance. The design of entrance lobby is a bit out of place, quite confusing.

We book 3 days 2 nite in this property. We was surprise and delighted to be upgrade from Junior Suite to deluxe suite. The Front Office is very helpful and polite. However, I can't say for the service staff for the coffee house / sky lounge and the ground floor lounge. Services are quite poor. Our children like the pool... More

We stayed during Ramadan. The buka puasa was excellent I would particularly recommend the roti and chicken curry. Staying here with a 3.5 year old and a 6 week old the room was a great size. Amazing bathroom and shower. I was particularly pleased with the soaps. The pool is heated and has lots of jets for aqua therapy. The... More
