Wonderful location ,close to the twin tower Petronas and shopping centres. Room clean, sanitised in the modern way. Rapid Internet access(WiFi) . The people particularly of the menial group very helpful., Service at the Sky Lounge and Hydrotherapy wonderful. They are dedicated to the job. Anyway it is worth mentioning the Sky Lounge service over complimentary tea/coffee etc appears unique. The hydrotherapy... More

Nice place to stay. It's at the edge of the KL Golden Triangle. But seems to be a bit far from places. Only KLCC is within walking distance. The design of entrance lobby is a bit out of place, quite confusing.

We book 3 days 2 nite in this property. We was surprise and delighted to be upgrade from Junior Suite to deluxe suite. The Front Office is very helpful and polite. However, I can't say for the service staff for the coffee house / sky lounge and the ground floor lounge. Services are quite poor. Our children like the pool... More

We stayed during Ramadan. The buka puasa was excellent I would particularly recommend the roti and chicken curry. Staying here with a 3.5 year old and a 6 week old the room was a great size. Amazing bathroom and shower. I was particularly pleased with the soaps. The pool is heated and has lots of jets for aqua therapy. The... More

I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and it has served me well. As a business traveler it was chosen for being close to our office in KL but it is also as good as it gets for location as a visitor to KL, the Petonas towers are next door. Well, it is across 2 streets... More

I love this hotel, it has funky details and beautiful bathrooms. The rooms are a little older but still very cool. The spa pool is amazing - you can have a massage by just spending 1/2 hour in the pool. The buffet breakfast is great but do make sure it is included. The have a great idea for being able... More

This is the second time staying at Hotel Maya and the impressions are much the same as from our first stay. We ended up receiving an upgrade to a junior suite - no view of Petrona Towers, we were on the cemetery side. The room is quite large and whilst there's nothing much to complain about, certain details make it... More

4 times I've been in KL. First 3 as backpacker, last year, business trip. In my first trips to KL I was always wondering to have a room with the petronaa towers view, then..Hotel Maya came out, and it was amazing! Waking up and see the petronas towers infront of you is such a great experience! The spa and swimming... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in early June; our room was on the upper levels so the view was pretty awesome. Very close to PETRONAS towers, couple of metro stations, short walk (if you're walkers like me) to Little India, Chinatown and other markets. Our room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom - the only complaint was the... More
