Third time staying at this hotel. We stayed here for over a week. Reasons for going back: size of rooms and location and a free night stay if you stay longer than two days. The rooms are huge and you have the option of keeping the kids safely beside you. We were supplied roll away beds and this was so... More

We recently spent 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be a fantastic experience. We had requested and received a room looking out on to the PETRONAS towers on the 17th floor. The view was stunning especially of a night. The studio room was large and the bathroom was well equipped with full size bath and large shower.... More

We spent 2 nights at this hotel on arrival and before departure from a trip around Malaysia. The staff is super kind and gave us upgrades on both nights. The design is very modern and stylish and warm at the same time. The room was very spacious, with a clean touch and a super comfortable bed. The views of our... More

It is a nice, not too recent hotel with a stunning view on the Petronas Towers. If you take the room with the tower view it is quite noisy durring the night. We were complaning at the reception at our departure, and they have suggested us to take the city view next time. So we paid more for having it as... More

I stayed at Hotel Maya with my wife and two sons, aged 4 years and 9 months, from 1 October until 8 October 2014. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. Location Hotel Maya is located within walking distance of the KLCC, Avenue K, The Pavilion and the monorail. It is also handy for the Tourist Centre and the Hop-on, Hop-off... More

We were recommended this hotel and they were correct to do this. We only had one night in KL and wanted to go to the Petronas Twin Towers, so this was perfect walking distance. We didn't get a room with the twin towers view, but we could see the other tower from our room. The pool area looked good, and... More

Overall, we really liked the Hotel Maya. The location is great – in the heart of KLCC, close to transport connections, and with a jaw-dropping view of the Petronas towers from the residents-only Sky Lounge (highly recommended). Reception is on the first floor, so if you arrive by taxi, as your driver to take you up the ramp round the... More
