No need to use too many words here - We're in love !!!! <3 This hotel was far from a home away from home - it was leaving home and arriving in a delightful heaven ! It's perfection included in everything seen, heard, tasted, experienced, felt and received - and the perfection is completed by the personal service and warmth from the amazing... more

A well located base to explore the heart of KL close to subway and Monorail. Book a West Wing, high floor, poolside room otherwise you will end in a noisy run down area of the hotel called the New World Wing . Be very specific also regarding a non smoking floor. The first room we were given smelt cold tobacco... more

The room (we stayed on the 23rd floor) was quite good with the finishing still quite up to par - something we always find amiss in hotels. The pool gazebo was under going renovations so I had expected zero service but we were pleased to see the waiters strategically placed around the pool ever watching for hungry or thirsty sunbathers/swimmers.... more

I am a Platinum Elite member in Marriot's Rewards Program, and typically stay at Renaissances across the globe when I conduct international travel. So, I have a good base of comparison for which to pick out the things about this hotel that could use improvement- Pros: Fantastic gym that was never crowded. Possibly the best gym facility I have seen... more

After having flown for more than 16 hours to get to KL from the US, we arrived at the hotel to be delayed at check-in as the hotel receptionist /check-in personnel was busy trying to figure out which room he should put us into. Note, we had bought a hotel package from our travel agent in the US. After about... more

Rooms : Very nice rooms. Designed for a traveller's comfort. Come with a massage chair in rooms and some relaxing salts to smell before sleep - much needed after being driven around in KL traffic all day Food : They have a great breakfast spread, however very little vegetarian to choose from (though i didnt mind starting the day with... more

I stayed at Renaissance KL during my visit Malaysia. The location is great! Just 2-3 mins from monorail station (Bukit Nanas) and maximum 10-12 mins from Petronas Towers. My room was facing with Petronas towers directly. The room was set as what a professional business hotel needs. (except TV set) TV set was a little bit old for a kind... more
