Stayed Renaissance KL 21-23 July because it is member of Marriott which I normally stay in. The hotel is quite old, cannot even adjust aircon temp. Reception staff is polite, but in evening, the lobby was occupied by their canteen, which is inconvenient for other guests. They gave me a room at corner which was quite far from lift, which... More

Great staff and a great location overlooking the Petronas towers. Close to train stations. Really good pool. We had an awesome experience here. Our kids (4 and 6 years old) were really made welcome by all the staff.

Stayed at 17th floor for 2 nights, my friend and I didn't sleep well at all. We got bitten by bed bugs all over our body! We informed front office staff regarding the bed bugs and showed them our swollen hands and legs. They said will do something so we trusted them and did not request for room change. On... More

Was planning to stay there 3 nights, however, changed our schedule last minutes, decide to go to Melaka tomorrow, so check out after one night stay. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room has a very nice view. It good value for money as well. Recommend to family and couples to stay there.

Stay 2 nights. Only 3-5 minutes walk to twin tower. Stay at 5th floor and facing to pool. I don't like pool view. Room is big and little bit old. Head bed wood already peel out. Refrigerator rack wood also peel out. All staff are friendly and really helping.

The service at the hotel is very very cold. They took inordinately long time for any request, be it housekeeping or room service. The housekeeping was especially poor. We were away for the whole day and when we returned at 5 pm our room was still not made up. A simple room service order for soup and a cheesecake took... More

Large hotel and we sprayed in the East Wing. All staff were very friendly and polite. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast on offer, especially the freshly made fruit juice. Also enjoyed the Malay cuisine at supper. Has a convenient location, with easy access to stations.

This hotel was great for our brief stay in KL. The pool was amazing after our flight over from Adelaide. It was also very conveniently located to the Petronas towers. Clean and tidy and would stay there again. The restaurant downstairs had amazing Chinese food too.
