A very good hotel with friendly staff, located within 5 mins walking distance to both the KL Twin Towers and a monorail station for easy transport. I would recommend if you want a room facing the Towers, make sure you get a higher floor, as for light sleepers due to road traffic.

Stay here for a family vacation. After a long waited at the KL sentral for a taxi and the traffic finally we reached to the hotel. Check-in was very fast and the bellman gave as an escort to our room. My son's like the swimming pool and the breakfast buffet. Just across the hotel you'll find the train station it's... More

Lovely and pleasant staff members but the facilities is run down with badly leaking bath tubs. Would recommend stay if there is a good deal. Quite pricey for an older establishment. Beware of the coffee lounge downstairs. $140 for 5 coffees. Parking costs $10 a day whereas free at other hotels.

We found the location to be ideal, as it's very close to the Towers and subway. The hotel itself was very nice, with knowedgeable and friendly staff. We had a room with a view of the Towers, which was truly spectacular. Breakfast had many options and the staff was very friendly; one chef recognized us after the first day and... More

Excellent location in the heart of the city and away from the hustle of bukit bintang and the large scale development on racha julan. Excellent pool area, possibly largest in kl. not as modern as competition but offers excellent views and very comfortable rooms. Staff were all courteous and helpful. Second stay here and would certainly stay again.

Stayed here as part of a group. Room was 5 star with outstanding views. Very well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The pool area was also superb and very inviting. Seemed a very handy location and in reasonable walking distance to public transport (train) and Twin Towers. Check the room rates and if reasonable, book it... More

Ideally located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, it's a stones throw from the twin towers. Excellent service and well appointed rooms and kids friendly too. Only grouse was that the breakfast area was too crowded. We had three rooms on the 18th floor with excellent view of the city. Take the corner rooms, the bathroom provides a tub and... More

Renaissance is quite close to the KLCC and the business district. It's quite a large hotel with a spectacular swimming pool. We stayed at the largest suite facing the petronas on the 19th floor. The view was amazing. The hotel staff are friendly. The Food is just OK - but you can always go to the KLCC for better options.... More

The location, brand name and fair price are the main reasons for me to choose this hotel among the others. Even though the furniture was outdated but they keep them in good condition. Room was nice overlooking patrons towers . Breakfast was nice and has everything you expect. Staff were nice and helpful. The only downside of my stay was... More

We chose this hotel because of a deal through Marriott scheme and stayed in the East Wing. The room was spacious with a separate lounge area where baby cot was tucked away nicely. The view of the Petronas Towers was spectacular. The breakfast was slightly chaotic but good quality. We also enjoyed a pool side BBQ dinner, cooked to order,... More
