Great value, very competitive pricing in comparison to other 5 star hotels in a similar location. We ended our 4 week holiday in style and stayed at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur for 3 nights. The pool is great. It is large, outdoors and there is nearly always both sun and shade and it wasn't crowded on any of the three... More

stayed here from 18th to 25 th may...was initially put up in the west wing which is just terrible....old building with ornately designed ,terribly worn out rooms(the couch upholstery was torn!!!!)the window glass was stained and so was the bathroom mirror and door glass...yuckkkk...and the worst part was the hospitality...we were checked in at 10 pm with 2 small kids... Stayed here for three nights while in KL. The room was very large and spacious (Corner room 6th floor East Wing) but was showing it's age and it's really time for a re-fit. Location was good - close to Bukit Nanas monorail station and within walking distance to Petronas Towers, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Pavilion etc Breakfast was disappointing (always a... More

Spent 2 nights at the KL renaissance and from check-in to check-out, the experience was just great and flawless. Staff were very friendly and service oriented and helped us with tips, directions and bookings for things to do around KL. The hotel is centrally located, within 10 minutes walking distance to KLCC, while the more popular Bukit nanas district is... More

We have stayed in East wing rooms on the 10th floor.Rooms have breathtaking view of Twin tower Hotel is in an excellent location near to all shopping centres and situated in a clean area of Kuala Lumpur. All happening places are nearby. Rooms needs renovation and bathrooms are with old style ordinary fittings and do not think it is a 5... More

Great breakfast buffet and convenient location to KLCC and monorail. Pool is brilliant and staff friendly but I must say the standard of the room was a little disappointing. The bath room shower cubicle didn't drain very well so you were standing in your own pool of water. The drinking glasses and coffee cups weren't very clean and the complimentrary... More

Very centrally located, has both the LRT and the Monorail line, very near to the major shopping malls like Pavilion, KLCC and Berjaya Square. Very impressed with the service of the hotel, the staff provide personalised services to the people staying in the hotel. Facilities of the hotel are awesome: the ballroom, the very inviting pool and the well equipped... More

This hotel is a very short walk to the CBD and has very good connecting trains to many interesting places in KL. As usual, the kids are only interested in their swimming pools which did not dissapoint. Food at the restaurants are ok and their menu and prices are quite reasonable. If you are a fan of eating out, you... More

Stayed at the Renaissance on 6 May. First we were so pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff and David was very personable. We were offered a courtesy upgrade to the Club Floor rooms which also gave us access to the Club Lounge. the views on the 22nd floor of the room amazing overlooking the pool. The club lounge offered... More

The location is great and the LRT just a stone's throw away. We chose the Twin Tower view in the East wing, which is the older wing. True, the rooms are looking a little worn but then again it is also priced lower than the west wing. The service was great from concerige, reception to room service. The breakfast selection... More
