Unfortunately this hotel needs some renovations. The pool is brilliant and the location is very good. Close to JL Alor, lots of restaurants, 10 min taxi to KL Central. 23MR for taxi. We had 2 rooms as there was 4 in our family (2 adults and 2 children). There was no family room. 1 room smelt fine but had a... More

I'll admit my friends and I were not expecting much from this hotel, we chose it specifically for the location on Bukit Bintang Changkat. We were aware that standards here were not great and were willing to accept that, however, there is no excuse for dirty towels and a dirty bath. The room was simply, unhygienic, which is not acceptable.... More

The location is very strategic. It's only 3 mins walk to Jalan Alor and i guess, was a night market around Bukit Bintang. There's also few mini markets, travel agency, and money changer nearby. The breakfasts are variable and staffs are nice. Sad thing is the pool was a bit dirty so i and my sister decided not to swim... More

From the time of arrival, we were disappointed as the Bell boy cheated us on currency exchange when asked for some change to tip the driver. Huge line on the reception with only two incompetent young guys acting like they own the place and the guests are a disturbance for their work. During the time we stayed in the line,... More

This is a big hotel in a great location for a cheap price. This means that there are a lot of guests coming and going and that the rooms have seen some serious use. Carpet stains, torn wallpaper, etc., are evident throughout. It's also crowded with tourists from around the world, and lots of families, so it's very noisy. There... More

This hotel is stratigic located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Food, night life entertainment is all within walking distance. Free wifi is available in this hotel. This hotel may look nice from the outside but the rooms and services are just average. The rooms are not bad, just enough to put you through the night. Breakfast is very simple.... More

General impression was that this hotel used to be great BUT it needs new investments to be great again. Now, its just old and not very clean. Admittedly, hotel is not very expensive. But still we would not recommend. Pro's: - well organized breakfast of high quality - staff gave good service - good central location close to good restaurants... More

Don' t bother, pay a little more and be comfortable. Check in takes forever, room not ready. Low standard, may have been good in its day but not now. Near the noisier club ever, so bad sleeping conditions. Only positive is the location and the great restaurant across the road. We are not terribly fussy but this was not good.
