Average hotel, good service, ideal location for shopping, food and entertainment. Reasonable rates.5 shopping malls within 10 minute walk. Taxis are plenty. Breakfast is good. Late or early check-in or check-out is RGT 100. Rooms overlooking the pool is good. Difference between the delux and premium are reasonable.

Location of this hotel is great that food court is just few walks away. Pavilion is about 10 minutes walking and night life bars is around. Unfortunately the room is poor maintained. During my stay there was leaked in bathroom roof. It was very irritating. The room is also not well- cleaned. Breakfast is ok with sufficient foods and good... More

When we arrived they told us that the hotel is full and they need to transfer us for one night to another place. They did it on their own cost and the standard of the hotel was pretty much the same, however it was far from the center. Concerning the Radius hotel, the biggest advantage is the location in a... A thoroughly grim experience. It took an absolute age to check in, and this was then followed up by a dirty elevator ride to our 16th floor 'premier' room. This room was truly special. 3 questionable stains on the carpet, a filthy shower curtain, a TV from 1991 that barely worked, paper thin walls, essentially filth everywhere. The first morning... I'm traveling quite a lot around Asia and i'm usually not picky and rarely complain, as a matter of fact this is the first time I write a comment about an hotel, as i'm very upset . I stayed in July: rooms are old and dirty, walls are so thin that I could hear the neighbors talking or even their... More

The hotel is in a very strategic position. In the night in the same street there are lots of pubs and disco-bars with music and people. The deluxe room was fine but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom had a bath in terrible condition. Breakfast could be more occidental. In general the hotel needs a renovation!

we stayed there for 3 nights this month...upon arrival,we were given rooms without windows, so we asked to be moved to different rooms with windows, but there were no hand towels, no hot water, hairdryer was not working, lot of water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, small rubbish under the bed, long queue for breakfast seating, bedroom fridge... I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my wife & son during public holiday. Parking is quite old & not well maintain. Lobby was normal without special renovation but enough for a 3 star hotel. Room was a bit old but still clean. We requested a quiet room so my boy won't be disturbed when sleeping. However, we still... More

The location couldn't be better, near transportation, malls, and eateries, bars, and of course Jalan Alor (Food Street). Some street noise at night but quite bearable. The large pool is pleasant but the water doesn't seem to be filtered and there's unidentified black stuff floating in it. Rooms are very spacious, many with great city views. Service is friendly, the... More
