The hotel is in a very strategic position. In the night in the same street there are lots of pubs and disco-bars with music and people. The deluxe room was fine but the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom had a bath in terrible condition. Breakfast could be more occidental. In general the hotel needs a renovation!

we stayed there for 3 nights this month...upon arrival,we were given rooms without windows, so we asked to be moved to different rooms with windows, but there were no hand towels, no hot water, hairdryer was not working, lot of water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, small rubbish under the bed, long queue for breakfast seating, bedroom fridge... I spent 2 nights in this hotel with my wife & son during public holiday. Parking is quite old & not well maintain. Lobby was normal without special renovation but enough for a 3 star hotel. Room was a bit old but still clean. We requested a quiet room so my boy won't be disturbed when sleeping. However, we still... More

The location couldn't be better, near transportation, malls, and eateries, bars, and of course Jalan Alor (Food Street). Some street noise at night but quite bearable. The large pool is pleasant but the water doesn't seem to be filtered and there's unidentified black stuff floating in it. Rooms are very spacious, many with great city views. Service is friendly, the... More

This hotel is old, but well-maintained, all facilities are still usable although old. Large room and large window compared to other hotel at the similar pricing. Great Location for those who want to shop around Bukit Bintang, but also near the pub street. Noisy environment until midnight, suitable for young peoples but not families I guess. I asked for a... everything was good, excellent actually. Mine was a room on the 8th floor, facing the KLCC Twin Tower and the view was spectacular even at only 8th floor. Even though there are bars on the street but the noise was what I'd like to call as "manageable". My stay would have been lovelier should the hotel management have thrown in... More

Great location because it located in bukit bintang and easy access to everywhere. The hotel itself is old and need a lot of improvement. Check is was fast. The lobby was nice but when we get into the room,it was like a motel with old design, smelly and dirty room. The room itself quite spacious and there is a bathtub, shower, hairdryer, etc in... More

nothing to shout about. if you are a budget traveller and prefer to stay smack in the heart of bukit bintang, do not mind noisy day and night environment including crowed tour groups then this is the place for you. Wifi was available restricted to certain floors due to connectivity challenges. Car park located on higher floor, inconvenient.

If I ever make a list of worst hotels I have ever stayed at "Radius" will top the list way ahead of others. We booked the hotel via booking.com and to our surprise hotel was not even aware of the booking. They were kind of trying to find a room for us for almost an hour and when they did... More
