Why in so many hotels are the reception staff the weakest link? They certainly are in this hotel which I found to be a reasonable choice if you want to stay in Bukit Bintang, close to the monorail station and near to the Jalan Alor open air eateries. I cannot find anything good to say about the reception staff; they... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, apart from that it's a bad selection.. Don't even think of ordering food at the hotel.. If you are a foodie, you will be disappointed. Walk out and you will be able to taste some really good authentic food and shopping.. Not to forget the street pubs!

Though it is located on most happening place Hotel is not good for couple. Service is not up to the mark. No locker , tissue box in rooms. Breakfast was not satisfactory. No weight machine was there. Need to improve all sectors.

We had booked 2 rooms with Agoda, as I usually do I selected high floor, non smoking and large bed. We arrived at 3 or 3:30pm, so after the check in time. The rooms were not ready, after asking me about 5-6 times whether we wanted king bed or singles, smoking or non smoking, finally 1 room was ready. It... More

I always travelling to Kuala Lumpur and most of the time I stay in last time at Radius Int. and now changed to Soleil Hotel. No doubt the hotel is old but nowadays I can feel that the room is getting cleaner. I think housekeeping trying very hard to ensure this since the bathtub is old with stain last time.... More

I had my doubts after reading reviews on here but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I got upgraded when I checked in for there were no non-smoking rooms on the standard floor. Rooms were old but fine Staff were friendly amd Courtois. Loved eating at the street kitchen just outside the Hotel. I found the Irish bars outside... More

I stayed there for several nights. Hotel is located right in the centre of KL nighlife, the windows go into the famous street with lots of bars and clubs. Nearby are many places to go and see, as it is the centre of the City. If you are a young person who is travelling with friends, if you like clubs... More

One word advice: Stay away. Long advice: I checked in this hotel on 13th oct 2014 (room 1104), immediately after that, when I proceeded to the room, the lobby carpet was smelling unbearably bad. (thankfully room wasn't smelling). Next, after entering the room, toilet's head spray was leaking. (which I ignored at that point of time) The matresses had big... More
