1. This area is similar to touristy areas of Bangkok. There's a loud club right across the street. So, don't blame the hotel because its a noisy, congested, adult entertainment district. Yes there are massage parlors (mostly legitimate) and a few street-walkers. It's amazingly safe! 2. There is going to be something wrong with your room. For these prices, in... More

We stayed one night here in January 2015. It booked a superior double room. Firstly we had to move to a twin room on the smoking floor as the wifi would not reach our room. The higher you are the better the wifi. We ended up on the 17 floor . I went for a swim in the pool and... More

The location comes first while choosing this Hotel. It's centrall situated in Jalan Bukit Bintang. Travelers could find lots of Street foods & best shopping malls like Low-yay Plaza, BB plaza are easy accessible at a distance of footsteps. The rooms were good but the breakfast provided wasn't up to its standards. The staff personnels were affable & generous which... More

A good hotel situated right on Changat Street which has many fantastic restaurants and a good night life. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are are basic but serve the purpose. The breakfast could be improved and is not recommended.

We stayed in Room No.911 from 8th thru 11th December, 2014. We are also a hotelier in Dhaka Bangladesh - Hotel Pacific. As such we tried to evaluate the services of this hotel, and we found excellent in all respects. We must note the name of Mr. Sathy in the Front Desk, who helped us lot during our check in.... More

It took ages to get our check in done. We stayed one night at Hotel Soleil and we definitely won't come back anymore. It has a great location, a nice view from 12th floor, a dirty bathtub, smelly bed sheets with stains and an useless television. You can hear everything at night - loud music from the opposite night club,... More

Why in so many hotels are the reception staff the weakest link? They certainly are in this hotel which I found to be a reasonable choice if you want to stay in Bukit Bintang, close to the monorail station and near to the Jalan Alor open air eateries. I cannot find anything good to say about the reception staff; they... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, apart from that it's a bad selection.. Don't even think of ordering food at the hotel.. If you are a foodie, you will be disappointed. Walk out and you will be able to taste some really good authentic food and shopping.. Not to forget the street pubs!
