Had my function in the hotel 20 & 21 December 2014. The staff here are professional from the front reception to the banquet staff. Very very slow services, they even dont care about their guests. They choose to accept money from other guest that wanted to stay longers as long as they have money and they abandon their new guest because of money problem. I've stayed in various hotels in KL and this has got to be the worst. Rooms are OLD, basins are dirty. There's no consistency between rooms.
