I booked this hotel for its location as I have to travel to Johor Bahru by bus. I called up the hotel about 10pm in the evening and luckily they have an available room. I arrived way past midnight, there was someone in the lobby and she was accomodating and I got my room keys in about 2-3 mins tops.
The room I got was on the 3rd floor single deluxe. It was clean, bedsheets smelled clean, the towels smelled clean and the room itself smelled clean. The toilet was a bit odd though, but nevertheless clean (no untoward smell) and with hot/cold shower.
Downside was that the room is not soundproof, so you could actually hear the car's passing by and even the people rushing (early morning foodstalls on the backside of Jalan Petaling). And yeah the flight of stairs going to the looby from the street is quite steep but manageable.
Overall for me... it was a nice overnight stay and I would not hesistate to stay there again.
