Stayed here twice. Loved the first stay back in 2003 (yeah 2003!) that I came back last year. Located in the heart of shopping district Bukit Bintang. Service was great. the breakfast so good. Need more modern furnitures to keep up.

I recently attended a conference held in the hotel so we were there for 5 days. The hotel is starting to show it's age a little but it is quite nice. The whole check in and out process would have been easier and quicker if the staff spoke better english but that aside I was very happy with my stay... More

I stayed for only one night in this hotel for a business trip in Kuala Lumpur. Thought it was a contemporary hotel from the front side but the room was very..very old. The food is good though. The bright side of this hotel is that it is located in the center of KL, near many shopping malls; good for shoppers... More

Its a very old hotel...known by almost all including the taxi drivers. Its strategically located in bukit bintang and a paradise for those who wanna delve into hustle n bustle of KL nightlife...everything is walking distance. Time Square is just behind. Pavillion, Lot 10, Jalan Alor - the food street everything is very near. Shopping, movie, nightlife and hotels everything... More

Hotel staffs were friendly during check-in. But hotel room was just old. The curtains had stains on it, bed sheet had stains on it. Safe wasn't working properly (even after we called hotel maintenance for help). Bath tub have stains.. The toilet flushing wasn't strong enough at times... But.. I guess breakfast was ok. Staffs was attentive. And location was... More

We booked through travel agent. The history of this hotel is amazing. The location is close to everything. I went on a shopping holiday with my mum and stayed for 10 nights. Our room was a twin with all the aminities we needed. Housekeeping missed a few things but a quick call fixed it. We also misunderstood the air con... More

Staff in reception was the best when explaining to me the room type compare to 4-6 hotel I survey before choosing this hotel. Location is superb, room service is fast, staff well trained Maybe they can extend open the swimming pool 7am-9pm and the breakfast at 8 floor to open same as the 1st floor.
