The location of this hotel makes up for the tired decor. The bar, lounge, swimming pool and reception could all do with a make over. Customer's service were excellent from doorman , concierge to front desk. They were alert, friendly and efficient. Check-in took about 7 minutes which i think is still acceptable. This hotel is on the eastern edge of the 'Golden triangle'. Easy walking distance to the major shopping centres; Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei wang, Low yat and Berjaya Times square are all within 600m.
