Good location, nothing very bad to say. Room was good size, with the comforts you would expect in a room of this standard, but not good value at the price. Sheets were clean, but had a few holes. Likewise the carpet had stains and marks, as did the couch. But the room was pristine compared to the main corridor on... More

Well, location was the only best thing about this hotel. Breakfast was alright, nothing special. Not too many options you will have to chose . Did not like the toilet at all, as it did not have hand sprays and had bathtub that looked a bit old. Since we were most of the time outside, so it was ok for the... More

Royal bin tang came to stay here for the second time, although we had our room prebooked check in did take time but we had a room prepared unlike all the people shouting and complaining for there rooms not being ready, this happened with us in 2009. For the price its a reasonable hotel but needs renovation badly. The staff... More

To be honest I was swayed by price and location because really I thought..how bad can it be. We only needed to stay for a night and a day before our late flight out of KL. Like most others have said, worn looking etc..but I can overlook that. What I did have a problem with was waiting over an Hour... More

rooms were small. lot of noise from the LRT works. The carpets were worn, tired and stained. hot water in the shower - intermittent. Their wireless internet was lousy! Overall a tired old hotel in need of some serious renovartion. I WOULD NOT recommend. only good thing - location. other than that - forget it.

Very old and in need of upgrade. Wallpaper peeling of the walls and mould on the walls. Room was very small. Had stains all over the bed clothes and on the curtains. The floor we were given was once a smoking floor and even though we requested non smoking. They said it is now non smoking but the smell was... More

Having not read the reviews and booking in a hurry on arrival from Singapore, I'm glad I hadn't read the reviews. We were upgraded on arrival and on the 15th floor / non smoking. 4 lifts so easily accessible. The breakfasts were great with a selection of eggs( freshly made to order- omelette/ poached/ however you want!) plus beans, sausages,... More

The stay could have been smooth if it wasn't lacking some tiny details. Firstly, when we arrived, we booked ahead for two rooms, one king and one with two single beds, they told us they can only give us two rooms with king beds, ok, that wasn't the end of the world, but then one room had used sheets and...
