Very nice staffs, great breakfast. Good WiFi. Perfect location, very close to amazing jalan alor food street and changkuk bukit bintang bars street. Most of the city visiting places are reachable just by 5 min walking. With respect to all these points, the price is very good.

This was my first visit to this hotel. Whilst it has all the required amenities for the business traveler, it is on the "tired" side and in need of renovation. My room was clean and functional but nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was typical Asian buffet style and catered for most tastes. The pool area was rather uninviting when... More

I had stayed here few times. The hotel is quite old ow but they did refurnished the rooms. It's a 4 star hotel located centrally in the city near to Bukit bintang area and also near to the pudu bus station. It's also 5mins taxi to the famous night market (chi Cheong street). The rooms are nice, clean and spacious.... More

Shocking hotel with some nice but usually not so nice staff who hardly can speak English . When I rang reservation to confirm booking he was unable to hold a conversation in English . He then cut me off . Reservation staff are supposed to be polite and speak well . I am not expecting BBC English but a decent... More

A little tired but great location, friendly staff. They have a shuttle to China town and Bukit Bintang if you can't walk. Its a 10 minute walk to BB plaza area although the plaza has gone now.The pool is small but ok to cool off.The breakfast has a small selection of everything. We would stay again for a stop over visit.

Located about three blocks from the main shopping area. During our stay there was a lot of construction going on in the nearby streets, thus some detours in getting around. Room was very good along with the morning buffet. Lots of business functions taking place at this hotel. Convenient local grocery store across the street for snacks and beverages.

I booked this hotel for a one week business trip, after staying in the Residences for week with my family. The price is good no paper, and the location is reasonable for people to meet in or near the hotel. It's a short walk from the shops and restaurants in Bukit Bintang, Jalan Alor, Jalan Ceylon, etc. The room was... More

This was our second stay at this hotel in 15 months. We chose it primarily for the location. It's the easiest of the central hotels for our Malaysian friends to drive to when they're visiting us. It's also just a five minute walk to Bukit Bintang in one direction and Chinatown in the other. The amazing streetfood of Jalan Alor... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are too small .The aircon was not working properly.Even after complaining nothing fruitful was gained. An average hotel .Only the lobby is good. Not the types for value for money. Breakfast is pathetic. Hardly any choice. If you want to stay please skip breakfast. Hardly any TV entertainment. Not worth recommending.

We stayed here on a stop over en route Australia to London. The first room we asked to be changed - it was dirty and we found an old sock behind curtains etc. Yuck. The stay did improve with a room change but they took 100MYR as deposit (we had prepaid) and when we arrived in London discovered they had... More
